10 memorable plays against Indiana
Not easy to pick 10 memorable plays in a one-sided series and then rank them. But this was my attempt.

Coming up with number one was probably really challenging.

I guess I just don't get how Tate's jumping touchdown or anything else in that comeback, whether you liked the game or not, isn't "memorable."
Isn't this about Indiana, not the games that came after?

I have to agree here. The pass to Odoms was a great throw and Tate's touchdown was pretty cool, too. If you were an outsider I'd say that 2009 game was probably pretty entertaining to watch, I guess if for no other reason than Michigan almost losing to Indiana.
This is not to say I do not appreciate you putting these together, WH, because I definitely do!

This is the first post that has helped to pull me out of my depressive funk. Thank you for this!

FItting that three of them were punts

I was at the game in which #9 occurs - it was almost as if Marquise Walker just came up to say, "No need to punt that. I'll take it."
Also chuckled at the call on the Derrick Alexander return - "Put it on rerun..."

One of the greatest moments in Michigan football history. I had brought a radio and was listening to Ufer's call. Him going berserk was the cherry on top of it all.

"Under center is Wangler at the 45, he goes back. He's looking for a receiver. He throws downfield to Carter. Carter has it. [unintellibible screaming] Carter scores. . . . I have never seen anything like this in all my 40 years of covering Michigan football. . . . I hope you can hear me – because I've never been so happy in all my cotton-picking 59 years! . . . Johnny Wangler to Anthony Carter will be heard until another 100 years of Michigan football is played! . . . Meeeshigan wins, 27 to 21. They aren't even going to try the extra point. Who cares? Who gives a damn?"

The next-to-last play in '79 (not counting the offisdes), when Lawrence Reid was about to be tackled inbouds to end the game and he threw a lateral out of bounds to stop the clock...straight into Lee Corso's hands.
For quick thinking on a football field that play's right at the top for me. Next to the obvious #1 it might have been the most memorable of all of these.

It's interesting how different IU's jersey color schemes are in each clip. They were doing uniformz before it was cool.
