(talking about backup OL) ... "Clark is a green and white pylon."
LMAO - Sparty tears are delicious.

A Lane Kiffin team that is highly penalized....why is anyone surprised by this?

Kiffin needs to address penalties to his SC team in the offseason. They can have all the talent in the world but 10 penalties/game for whatever amount of yards is going to lose you some games.

Oregon up 35-0 early in the 2nd quarter...wonder if they'll drop 100
October 27th, 2012 at 4:10 PM ^
I'll see your 35 in early second and raise you 42 in early second.

No they'll get in the mid-50's and put the back ups in and take the foot off the gas.
October 27th, 2012 at 4:15 PM ^
...in ToP, so there's that.

This could be a long afternoon for USC.

Not really a surprise. Per Sagarin, here's a list of all the FBS schools that have played a weaker schedule than OHIO:

Doege gets destroyed...and then fumbles the ball. TD nullified by a block nowhere near the play.

Not going to start a thread over this, but remember that video where Sam McGuffie jumped over a guy? This guy was apparently trying to impress football recruiters and decided to take it to the next level.

Oregon 42-0 with 10 minutes left in the 2nd quarter. The "100 watch" is officiall on.
October 27th, 2012 at 4:15 PM ^
I feel like since the BCS dropped them to #4 they might just keep the pressure on as well to make a point.
October 27th, 2012 at 4:17 PM ^
42 points in less than 8 and a half minutes of possession. Mind --> blown.

Watchig this SC game reminds me of the Sparty game last year. Legitimately playing dirty football (on defense).

is wondering why USC isn't declining a dead ball, delay of game penalty. facepalm.
October 27th, 2012 at 4:23 PM ^
He's right...Why not keep the angle tight for the Arizona kicker?! Or now that I type this, is the dead ball an automatic penalty, not declinable?!
October 27th, 2012 at 4:22 PM ^
I love watching Hill suck for Sparty...kid has such a huge mouth and hasn't done squat to back it up.
October 27th, 2012 at 4:25 PM ^
Regardless of what someone says, if they play for msu I enjoy watching them suck

In shocking news Oregon scored again
October 27th, 2012 at 4:22 PM ^
Just watching ESPN Goal Line, which switched to Wisc-Little Brother...was Lawrence Thomas playing as a fullback during last weekend's game? Not that a fullback is not valuable, but I was surprised to see him playing there after coming out of HS as a highly rated LB.
October 27th, 2012 at 4:24 PM ^
He is now a 295lb fullback.
October 27th, 2012 at 4:26 PM ^
Yup....he is a FB now. Aparently wasn't good enough to stay a DE either. So far he is of the high bust variety, luckily he has 2 yrs to get much better though.

Houston 100, Tulsa 6 in 1968. They only had 24 at halftime, then scored 25 in the 3rd and 51 in the 4th.

Also Houston 95, SMU 21 in 1989. UH should have their own running-up-the-score-on-depleted-teams record book.
October 27th, 2012 at 4:25 PM ^
The Spartans tack on an illegal block to the 12-man huddle, but 2nd and 21 is not insurmountable if Wisconsin is going to leave guys open like that. Indeed, now it is 3rd and 2.
EDIT: Make that 4th and 2 on the overthrow. Here comes the FG.

Wil Muschamp's head just asploded. Its totally going to be gif'd. Its this year's Brian Kelly.
