OT: MGoFirstCommunion photobomb
So, today was my son's first communion. I thought it was a big deal, but apparently so did Brian as he showed up too!
My MGoWife reads the blog and after the service she generously volunteered for the following photobombs. She's the one wearing the smile and I've redacted others from the images just because it made sense to do that. I also enhanced Brian a bit as the lighting was terrible.
Yes, Brian, we are creepy stalkers. You sit behind us at hockey games too. It is all I can do to keep my wife from screaming "muppets" when she sees you. I'm sorry and I'll leave you alone now and no restraining order will be necessary.
I have to agree. This is pretty creepy.
better than a Maize and Blue deli sandwich?
At first, I thought you had photoshopped Brian into your kid's 1st Communion photos, which would be really creepy. However, if he was actually there, I guess it's pretty funny.
Haha, I guess it is just tough for me to believe that Brian would show up looking like that to a church ceremony.
He's a blogger. He doesn't need any other wardrobe. That's not to say I'm judging him, as I've gone to church in my pajamas before.
but I needed photoshop to enhance his image as they were really dark...
It is tough for me to believe that Brian would show up to a church ceremony...at all. I've always had this image in my mind of Brian as a devout Atheist-type. My worldview has taken a severe blow this morning.
This is insane. In a good way.
50% creepy. 50% awesome.
because we happened to be taking family pictures in the exact same spot.
My nickname in college.
On one hand, this is really weird.
On the other hand, this is at least kind of funny.
On still another hand, I wish I had a wife who would do this.
On yet another hand, if I had a wife who would do things like this, I would probably be in trouble.
So I am torn. It's creepy, but not the worst case of creepitis I have ever seen.
Someone's obviously famous.
Glad I'm part of it.
but if it seems too creepy, then it won't bother me if the mods delete it.
As I mentioned above, we were taking family shots right there and these were a couple extra ones.
2nd photo looks like it requires 3D glasses. Kind of creep,y kind of awesome... I hope you started a new planking and this takes off everywhere.
I'm not really sure what to think about this. On one hand, I guess it's a humorous concept, and this is pretty much the perfect time to post something so off-kilter as this. However, on the other hand, this makes me feel very uncomfortable.
I certainly wouldn't advocate chasing Brian around or anything like that, but in this case the camera was in hand for the special occasion, we were right there, and someday Brian will be in the MGoHallOfFame himself!
/obligatory
instead of trying to get my middle finger in peoples pictures i'm now going to try and stick a "M" in it.
wait...this isn't photoshopped??? do you have the world's worst camera or something?
He was already in the process of taking pictures (or at least that’s what I gather from his response to chris1709), Brian was in his church, he posted the pictures on Brian’s blog. I think, because this guy’s intention was to have a funny OP, and because of the above reasons, this isn’t THAT creepy. I thought it was pretty funny because he got his wife to do it.
and a great mom! Her day is tomorrow, but she gives me the other 364 and I'm very grateful.
You woulda done the same thing.
MGoWife seems pretty awesome as well - throwing down the M in a place of worship? My kind of lady!
she is a very happy woman I see. Congrats on the first communion by the way.
It was a big day for all involved and a very nice ceremony.
you have a mgowife throwing up M signs and i date a buckeye. excuse me while i go get drunk.
Ha! Losers! I unofficially 'dated' a buckeye once, but I jumped off that train before it got weird. Man, she was really a jerk, now that I look back on it. The things you do for attention when you're young.
I am not dating a buckeye for attention, if you know what I mean...
I meant attention from her ... so ... I know what you mean *fist bump*
for a guy with a recently reconstructed ACL, he seems to be doing ok. I was on crutches for 6 weeks when I tore mine.
Yeah. Why are people saying this is creepy? This is awesome.
of course a old man wearing a sweater and a sock puppet that hangs out with lil kids wouldnt think anything is creepy.
Fred Rogers was a pillar of the community.
was Fred really his first name? I don't think i ever knew that.
was Mr. ofcourse..
and as awesome as the Shane Morris photos were I really hope this little hand signal does not become a normal part of Michigan athletics.
I hate those schools that have hand gestures.
You forget the 'get off my lawn' part at the end.
person kind of rant. Its just stupid.
When did Chad Kroeger stop dyeing his hair and gain all that weight?
