Winning is good for TV. A Maize out is good for making it hard to find my friends based on their attire.

When it’s not a maize out I normally wear camo. Full ghillies suit is what I prefer.

Michigan fans just won't do it, I don't get it. After going to Penn State my first time in 2006 hats off to their fans the white out is awesome I got to give it to them

Maize outs just don't work, especially in the winter. Everything I own that is maize has a huge block M on the front that sort of ruins the look, and I'm guessing the majority of other fans are in the same boat. It's super easy to wear an all white tshirt, which is why the white out at PSU works so well.
If Nebraska ever gets back to having a good defense I'm guessing they could actually revive the black shirt thing and do a black out, which would probably look pretty awesome.

I dressed exactly like this for the ND game and was referred to as him about two dozen times in my way in. But I’m pretty certain I was the driest asshole in the stadium.

Again it's not like everyone in Pennsylvania owns a white coat. I get it most people don't own yellow coats the most people don't own weight coats they still make it happen there

Don’t get me wrong, I think U-M fans are pretty lame for not being able to pull off a successful Maize out, but one of the main reasons Penn State is successful is not because people own white jackets. It’s because their (insert team color here) out is the color of one of their jerseys. Every Pennsylvanian east of Pittsburgh and west of a Philadelphia owns a white Penn State jersey. Throw a couple of layers under said jersey and you’re ready to go for a mid-November White Out

Just wear maize for every game please. It’s the correct thing to do. Especially in September when you don’t need a winter coat, no excuse then.

Always glad to be reminded that I've managed to save one of these for days when doubling up turtle necks and adding a thermal undershirt and a maize block-M baseball cap are available for a late fall Maize Out.
Just need to pick up one of these to add for a rainy day.
