Hafley is presumably going to have to keep every four-star player that Massachusetts produces (and more) to make BC an ACC contender. It will be interesting to see if he can do it.

Same. That, and the rope to the ceiling. I used the shit out of those. I can still do it today, but not nearly as fast or with the endurance I used to have. Used to shoot up and down those things at lightning speed. Wish I had the headroom to mount one in the house somewhere, but the wife would probably frown on it in the living room (only tallish ceiling).

You might start by mentioning why you are seeking information about her teenage son in on-line football message boards when he was in high school, and just can't get the story out of your head even today.  Explain that it's not as creepy as it sounds, because you like football and just really wanted to continue watching her son's college life from afar.  I'm sure she'll understand...

And like Goggles said, the MGoPoints would be huge!

As improbable as it is that he would accept, every effort should be made to make his destination Ann Arbor.  I’ve said it before, him coming to Ann Arbor could change the trajectory of UM football just as much as MSU passing over Urban Meyer changed theirs, but in the opposite direction.  He would be a home run hire and has a much higher ceiling than a Matt Campbell.

MSU passed up Meyer?

If that’s indeed true.. how exactly does that change their trajectory?

I’d imagine his tenure would go similarly to how Saban’s did. Elevate their status enough to be noticed & poached by a bigger school. In this scenario, one would hope Zach smith would’ve played the role of Bobby Williams.

I don't think this is a huge loss for us. Tbh I'm not sure why he was ranked so highly. He's a guard who is listed at ~250 and that honestly seems generous. Apparently he struggles to put on weight and even struggled to get to 250, so I really didn't see much path for him ever starting for us especially for a team that wants to run the ball
