Michigan rode into Pennsylvania with the defense that carried it to last year's national championship game and an even more annoying #13, if that's possible. They ride out with a Tier 1 road victory that should make any non-conference RPI conversations far more enjoyable next March.

And you can't have one without the other!

Also Iggy is currently 10th on the KenPom PoY rankings.

It's such a pleasure to watch Coach Beilein and Co. do their thing. Love this team already.

Better get used to some squirrely shooting offset by hellacious rebounding and defense!

Coach said our team will be shooters by season’s end. Wouldn’t put it past him.

Even if this team shoots a little poorer from three than usual if they play this defense consistently it will be tough on any team.

Could be like Virginia from last year but hopefully with a different result.

You know murderwolf is in town when the announcers start on some wild tangents at 15m to go in the second like its postgame, and basically continue to keep viewership up, because game outcome isn't in question.

I really felt we were a top 10 team this year. I thought we'd win this game. It feels good to be right.

I never imagined such a high margin of victory. Not in a million muppets. It feels incredible to be wrong.

Wow!  May be the best November game from a Michigan basketball team ever.  At least the best I can remember.  With this defense, the sky is the limit for this team.  Hopefully, the revenge tour continues  againt UNC in 2 weeks.

I'm so close to being fully on board with this bball rutger you've created. It utilizes a very "Sparty No!!" facet of basketball (TOs) vs the objective of the game. My only hesitation is I feel the rutger should be reserved for extreme derpy stuff. You know, D3 programs, all Rutger teams, MSU Football...

I can see this UM defense making many teams commit more turnovers than FGs. In fact it may be fairly common accross all the NCAA. Maybe more turnovers than eFG? More turnovers than FGA would really be something...

Edit: it's too late to think. 14 FGs is so damn few. This can't be that common. Carry on -- Long live this new expression of futility!!

Divine Workmanship by the Blue Team.

The mental and physical domination, but esp the mental ... I don't remember seeing that in such high resolution in a game.

Wow man.
