Best free video editing software is Davinci Resolve. However, if you or your son have a school email address, you can get the adobe full set of software for 10-20/month.
Adobe Premeir is difficult, but my 14 your old son was able to pick it up, and he was not very computer literate at the time.
For the screen capture software (e.g. videos of gaming) OBS is by far the most popular. It can be used for streaming as well.
There are a lot of videos on how to use this software on youtube. I would suggest trying Davinci Resolve first and see how well he does. Remember, give it time as there is a learning curve. I think there are more instructional videos on Adobe, Davinci and OBS software than the others you listed, which helps a lot.
I had a coworker in Japan give me this as a gift for my Daughter before I returned to the states. It was particularly funny because my name happens to be David.
I didn't realize it was originally written in English.
The VR connects directly to the PC (HDMI), so yes, you need to be in the same room. I would stay away from any networked type of stuff (even if it is possible) because it could add latency into the system.
The newest 1070 and 1080 GTX cards from NVIDIA have a lot of improvements for VR. For example, normal cards render two images, one for each eye. The 1070/1080 cards will render one image then offset this image for each eye. Simultaneous refresh can improve the "nausea" factor. I beleive the minimum for VR is either GTX970 or GTX980. In reality it should be GTX 980ti or GTX 1070/1080. Processor has little affect on performance (as long is it is not the bottleneck.)
HTC Vive seems to be the best product out there, but have not personally used it. I have samsung VR, and it is ok but pixelated.
I don't get it. Total hours practiced in the spring is mandated by the NCAA. All they are doing to displacing practice time from when class is in session and professors are available to meet to a time when very little studying gets done. I struggle to find a logical argument against this.
I am assuming that this is only referring to a fumble in the opponents (attacking) endzone, and that it would be placed at the 1 yard line. In that case, it makes sense. Fumbles in your own endzone should always be a safety.
draft eligibility rules:
"To be eligible for the draft, players must have been out of high school for at least three years and must have used up their college eligibility before the start of the next college football season."
He can't go pro before his junior year.
my hardest class in college though, was a robotics class I took while studying abroad in Nagoya Japan. it was a 400 level ME class dealing with the orientation of robotic segments. being taught in Japanese didn't help with the difficulty either. Spanish was easier, even though it was taught in Japanese, by a Mexican lady.
I do not see pure electric vehicles taking a large share of the passenger vehicle market. I do see, however, mild hybridization becoming standard in some vehicles. this allows for a major downsize in engine and great decreases in fuel consumption and emissions (electric superchargers, regen braking, high egr levels etc).
Hard to compare when (a fair amount of) atheletes are on scholarship and non-atheletes have to pay out of pocket. I think money factors into the graduation rates a bit.
If you have a US ip address just get a family member or friend's cable subscription info. If you dont have a US ip address get a VPN to make it look like you do.

This is true. The same can be said for the Red Wings' goalie.
I think the recruit commented that Harbaugh told the him he reminded him of Gore.
