Yes this is great news. I do however have to point out that you copied all the information from a post that was meant for only premium members to scout. Don't think Sam would be cool with this
I was on campus for my college visit. It was way too quiet considering what was about to take place the next day. It wasn't until I got in my car and called my dad to let him know I was leaving that he told me Bo had passed. I never saw him coach a game but you didn't have to know the kind of man he was and what he meant to the Michigan community, a true Michigan Man in every sense. RIP Bo
In my friends newly finished, ugly scarlet and grey painted, basement in Columbus on his new 80in projector....He's so mad the first college football game he will watch down there is Michigan GoBlue!
We were the best team in Toledo going into my freshman year. Were coming off a state final four appearance the year before and a state championship the year before that. Then the downfall started. My class was very small and led to a senior season where we went 3-7. Still kills me looking back at it
Love that a man, who has offered an 8th grader and whose offensive coordinator had once offered and accepted a commitment from a 13 year old David Sills, called satellite camps "ridiculous"...
Being from Toledo and now living in Columbus, where I work for the local ice rinks, I'd have to disagree with you to an extent. While most of southern Ohio hasn't cared much for hockey until recently areas like Toledo and Cleveland have fairly rich hockey traditions. Ever since the Blue Jackets came to Columbus hockey has taken off. My company has 5 rinks in the greater Columbus area, as well as one in Springfield and has one of the largest adult hockey leagues in the country. Now obviously this has no effect on how good OSU has been since this has really only taken off since the early to mid 2000s.
Michigan is eighth in the AP poll, ninth in RPI and a No. 2 seed in Joe Lunardi’s Bracketology. In BPI, however, Michigan is 22nd. Of the Wolverines’ seven losses, four have been by at least 10 points; of their wins, seven have been by five points or fewer. Also, Michigan is 8-1 with an 88.7 BPI against opponents missing at least one of their top five players (in terms of minutes per game), and BPI de-weights those games.
Not sure why Stafford sitting in would be a big issue. He is the franchise QB and we've all seen what happens when a head coach and QB don't see eye-to-eye. If it were Peyton, Brady, Rodgers, etc. no one would make a big deal but because its Stafford thats a problem
I went to Miami U and had Bates as a teacher. He's a great guy, very passionate about student athletes and the university itself. He's gonna do a great job at BC and if Brandon ever decides to step down, early, he would be a great candidate.
