There have been a number of email blasts from the M Club this fall promoting the auction, exclusive NIKE polos, and gameday tailgates for Letterwinners. If you're not seeing them, contact the club and they'll double check your email address!
NBC has the rights to The Open Championship starting this year (from ABC/ESPN). NBC also picked up David Feherty from CBS at the end of 2015, so it looks to me like the network is bolstering its golf talent... If only NBC could get the U.S. Open back from FOX! What a disaster that was.
Alister Mackenzie has only a few golf courses to his name in the United States, with Augusta National obviously being one of them... The University of Michigan G.C. is another.
I know the Letterwinners M Club is raffling off a package for the doubleheader as a fundraiser... airfare for 2 to NYC up to $1k, hotel room for the nights before and after, and tickets to both games. Apparently sales need to be made in person so there's nothing online. You'll need to track down a former athlete or email the club.
Exactly this. It's all about what looks and feels best for you... From there a good fitter at the aforementioned Miles of Golf, Carl's, etc. will do the rest. The few extra bucks you might spend getting it right - maybe a few lessons included - will go a LONG way!
Great to see the team getting a solid start to the 'spring' season, especially with the winter they've had to deal with! Their indoor training facility is first class but there's just no substitute for real grass. GO BLUE!
