I don't have the stats off

I don't have the stats off the top of my head, but I'm pretty sure scoring is generally on a large upward trend.

I think so.  These constant

I think so.  These constant shootouts just aren't that fun to watch, especially when the defense doesn't even have enough time to line up.  I would like a rule that prohibits that offense from snapping the ball with more than 25 seconds on the play clock.

How so?  It's a relevant

How so?  It's a relevant topic about college football that has recently received plenty of attention.

Please explain how I am

Please explain how I am trolling.  572 yards of offense, and I can't criticize the defensive game plan?  So when can I?

I'm not going to rehase last

I'm not going to rehash last week.  If you can't understand some of the key faults of the playcalling last week, there isn't a whole lot I can do to help you.

Your reasoning is that he is not

Your reasoning is that he is not out on the field?  No shit.  He is never on the field.  You've just excused every defensive coordinator in the country from criticism.

And you didn't answer my question.  If giving up almost 600 yards of offense does not deserve questioning, what does?

Typical smartass response.

Typical smartass response.  There is no way you aren't a college student.

Will you fault him for not

Will you fault him for not even having the defense lined up on 5-7 plays?  If giving up almost 600 yards doesn't deserve fault, what does?

Borges was deservedly ripped

Borges was deservedly ripped after PSU.  Numerous posts with detailed analysis have made that very clear.  Do you disagree with them?  If so, please explain why.  And yes, I really do think that.  I personally know at least 10 coaches who are members on this blog, as well as many former players.  You act like D1 coaches are the only ones who know anything about football.

WOW Auburn WINS!

WOW Auburn WINS!

Um, why?  Because we put up a

Um, why?  Because we put up a lot of points against Indiana?  What does that have to do with last week?

I'm more troubled by the

I'm more troubled by the squib kicks.  I would love to see a mathlete piece on this, because squibbing seems completely counterproductive to me.

Why do people just assume

Why do people just assume that people here know nothing about football?  This is a very intelligent fanbase that includes a lot of coaches and former/current players.  This fan base is probably more capable of evaluating coaching than any other in the country.

I'm not trying to exaggerate,

I'm not trying to exaggerate, but in a lot of ways this feels like Rich Rod.  This team is really far away from competing on a national stage.
