Harbaugh cuts through the noise to insert sensibility. Leadership is all about having a moral compass and following it without fail. Harbaugh calls it like he sees it. On Sarah Thomas being hired by the NFL too. Harbaugh for President!
It's tough to watch these guys play so tough and then let it slip away in the final moments. They had no reason being in that game, but kept fighting. This young team is growing before our eyes and getting invaluable experience for next year. Dawkins and MAAR games are growing every day. Spike and Max are playing outside themselves. I might just stop watching the last 3 minutes of games because the rest of the game is so enjoyable.
And if anything Beilein is showiing how he can throw everything in the book at the other team with a group of ragtag players and compete with anyone. He has pulled unbelievable players in this system. Who else would know that Trey Burke and Nik Stausas are future first rounders but Beilein? Forget the record. This team and coach deserve a lot of respect.
To answer your question, Cafe Zola, Zingerman's Roadhouse and Sava's are all still good. A few new restaurants were mentioned in here (Aventura, Bigalora, Knight's-Downtown, Zola Bistro). Zola Bistro and Bigalora on Washtenaw Ave are outside of downtown and not crazy crowded. You have a good solid choice by all these options.
I liked the sharks. I think Malcolm Butler's vision he couldn't explain was the talking sharks telling him Pete Carroll and the Seahawks were going to throw in that situation.
Spartan fans would turn Ann Arbor to rubble. The 3:30pm games are bad enough. Spartans do not know how to hold their liquor. I would be happy if every MSU game was 12pm.
I think Beilein has proven his system works and he knows the players that fit that system. Coach sees things no one else sees. I remember reading an article about how one of the assistants said Beilein saw twitches in player's wrists and knew they would become shooting stars. You can't complain about the results, he develops players. His problem is he develops players too well and they get drafted in the NBA. Not every year is going to be 2013, but when it happens, it sure is nice. Hoke was a coaching disaster who was a nice guy that couldn't develop players and couldn't outstrategize anyone. We can't confuse him with Beilein. In Beilein we trust. Go eat some subs and go crazy for the Super Bowl.

Tough, hardworking players. Outstanding coach. Beilein is like a master chef that can empty your fridge and make a great meal out of anything. Enjoyed this 3 game stretch (Rutgers, Wisconsin, Nebraska) as much as any UM games since last season's Wisconsin/MSU wins. Great win for this team. Keep it up.
Great effort by all. The bigs (Doyle, Donnal and Max) played with incredible hustle. Especially Max. Maar keeps growing. I liked the zone defenses. All should be proud. Grit.

As opposed to watching Izzo melt down at press conferences, and Dawson break his hand watching film. It's better when this team wins, but still love this team's toughness and attitude regardless of their record.
I feel terrible for Caris. Great, hardworking kid who deserves the best. Hoping for a speedy recovery. Part of the joy of watching Beilein is watching him squeeze the talent out of every kid we have. The pressure's off. We were a bubble team at our best. This gives our young guys a lot of playing time and allows Beilein to throw out every trick in the book. Let's make this a fun ride.

Another reason we need to raise their banners
First: someone needs to put together film of Brenden Dawson playing poorly and make him watch it until he slams his fist.
Second: Someone should have an aneurysm of leadership. I predict it will be Dakich's dancing that makes him this year's Zach Novak.
Third: Someone should ask Izzo about how he can survive with so many injuries and how it feels to be 60 in the pre-game.
Fourth: Our first shot/3's need to hit so rebounding isn't an issue.
Fifth: Win the game.
We do all that and our weirdos v. their weirdos will cruise to victory.
