What really is annoying is them talking about the chadtough part of the program. Saying things like I did not watch any of it, but i doubt they even talked about him. How all the money they raised will go to pay the guests.
There was some comments about how every day we are posting about them.
This is the first thread in days that has even mentioned a rival.
Did this even get posted anywhere today? I did not see it?
No matter what happens with certain recuits tomorrow. Mike staying on board makes everything else gravy. Oline was my biggest concern. I feel like we will have a pretty explosive offense in next few years.
I hope to be watching some good surprises commit, though it seems as many of the recuits announcing seem to be going the other way. Murphy has 3 crystal balls to USC. Anyone hear anything positive for any of our targets. Long weekend so far.
Silent commitments are great at this point. Though it is nice to have a good amount of known commits talking up Michigan during camps and all star games. Free advertising.
Baxter's time here may have always been temporary. He might of just agreed to come in and set up his academic program and be a mentor for the young Jay. I am guessing Jay will become ST/TE coach. Partridge most likely will coach linebackers. I would also guess that we still lose one of the defensive backfield coaches.
So the question is where will hire another current staff member or get someone outside of the program next?
Maybe he really should retire. He has had lots of health issue, that could be contibuted to his stressful job. He is fairly young still, should go back to annoucing.
His presser after the losses this year show how hard he takes lossing.
I use to like her articles, mostly fluff pieces. Though she has been increasingly negative about Michigan. Even during MBB games she will post every mistake, but not anything when a good play happens. I do not want all good, but some good stories would be nice.
Maybe this like negotiating. He wants Msu due to social life. Parents want out of state to get him away from friends. Maybe meet in middle and choose Michigan.
Rittenberg is a huge hack. He never says anything positive about UofM. He was citing drew sharp last week. In his mailbag questions he was talking about how our offensive coach hire was not impressive because anyone would look good with Alabama personal.
The daily is pushing to keep this story in the headlines. It hardly even got a mention on Espn.com.
The daily and some of the posting community are trying to turn this into a freep like attack on Hoke and Brandon.
Nobody even cares that it happened when RR was in charge. Maybe he should get fired from Arizona for letting him stay on the team s/
Maybe Hoke did not want focus to be on a former kicker. If he said violation of team rules more digging in to what happened would of been done. He was able to keep the focus on his current players.
People act like Michigan covered something up, but the fact is they investigated in 2009 and did not press charges. Michigan with new standards took care of it.
Should be proud that something was done, unlike ND or with Winston at FSU now those were cover ups.
Remember in this case victim did not want the investigation to move forward. Which was not the case at other schools mentioned.
The one thing I do not understand is why people are so upset at Brandon and Hoke. Talking about them getting swift punishment. They were not even associated with UofM when this happened. For all we know, they thought it was resolved years ago, with no charges.
No fan or media was asking about the case up till Oct? Even though it was in the news when it happened. It is not like he played after being expelled.
The school expelled him under new policy that only requires that it was more than likely or 51% that he did something wrong.
He has been to Ann Arbor 12 times from what I saw from one of the recuiting services. Maybe he is giving the other schools a chance to win him over, just to make sure. Plus maybe his official to msu was more to watch the game.
Larry Johnson jr his son does have 4 arrests for women related charges. Not to mention he as cut for anti gay statements. His other son had a dui while at penn state, during his tenure.
Sounds like someone that Urban would hire.
Though in all seriousness he is a good coach and good get by Ohio.
It is only a problem for the fans not the head coach. I agree that they have not done enough to make the lions successful, but the GM is much better then in the past and the owner is not standing next to the coach, like say a Jerry Jones, or the Washington redskins owner.
I bet the coaches see what the weather has been like in Michigan and said I am going to stay where it is warm.
The only reason a coach would not want to go to the Lions is either the weather or the actual city limits. Other then that it seems like it would be the best place for a coach. Lots of talent on both sides, great fans and an owner that does not have his finger on the trigger to fire after a couple bad seasons.
It would be because people that know football understand that the blame was not totally on him.
I still believe the blame was more due to the oline. No one could game plan for that.
I really was not trying to be funny. I just rather everyone be mad at my post then how the team played. It kind of worked since I got jumped on pretty quick.
Btw it was more of a shot at all the people that see every setback as a sky is falling.
Our current offense averages more points a game then RR Arizona team does.
in RR 3rd and final year we lost 7 games by a total of 125 points. 22 total losses by a total of 355 points for an average loss of 16.1.
Last year we lost 5 games for a total of 58 which included both teams that were in the NC game. Hoke has lost 9 games so far in 3 years by 106 total points for an average lose of 11.8
Point is we are in much better shape then we were and atleast we are more competitive in losses. There has been only one game that I felt we were done before the 4th quarter and that was the Alabama game(maybe also last years nebraska game due to not having a QB). Even in the State game last week we were alive up to the Gardner interception. I am happy that I can watch a whole game for the past few years and not be so sick to my stomach that I had to change it like in the RichRod years.
The thing I hate the most about losses these days in that I can not read the message boards due to how negative Most people are.

He was my second pick. You have to love gigantic lineman.

Now that he is not with ND, I kind of like the guy. Maybe it has something to do with how really big guys are pretty amusing.

He is the workout freak! 9' 8" broad jump. 3rd highest in decade.
If he was smart he would of put another 7 million on seahawks to win.
I would like her to marry Verlander, so he can have as good a year as he did when thery were together the first time.
Pretty sure that all the words that I typed are spelled correctly. Now my grammer is a different story.
Hopefully it was not too hard to figure out what I was trying to say.

It is still up. Maybe you need to refresh twitter?
Why are you trying so hard to Troll?
They actually have a very nice campus. I have been to many of the colleges down south and it has to be up there as one of the best.
People are pretty friendly there and the fan base is die hard (though also alittle unrealistic)

I guess you do not understand sarcasm unless there is a /s.
Need to fire offensive coordinator. Offense was way too predictiable.

Running up the score to make up for them scheduling one of the weakest non conference schedules.
