Quite honestly Im not sure how some recruits can be so offended by not getting the appropriate type of attention. Gone are the days when kids would typically pick a school based on academics, program success, and a chance to go to the NFL. Its starting to become more and more about retweets, cool graphics, and coaches treating the recruit like a god.
May also add to that number with the guys committing this week and some other prospects that are high on them like Okudah and Browning, both top 10 guys nationally.
Have to wonder just how long Franklin will be at Penn State. I dont see the appeal for playing for the guy and his W/L's are obviously not very impressive. I think PSU has to challenge for the conference this year or he is out of Happy Valley. That could open the door again for Schiano, but thatll be up to whether Meyer waves his whole "2 years of service" rule.
Kind of amazed this is still a story, mainly because nobody is surprised that either Lochte came up with this air-head story or that Brazilian police are corrupt and would mug innocent people.
