The biggest concern here is the amount of change over...I could be wrong but on the offensive side of the ball there’s multiple changes at coaching positions since he’s been here...I own a fairly big construction company and I had my biggest struggles when I went through that period of changing personnel. I’m hoping things will stabilize and at least keep a good core for 4-5 years.
Our passing coordinator last year and now our passing game sucks. Get rid of Pep, he didn't get it done this year. Speight regressed, Okorn was awful and Peters did ok. Can we also get an actual recievers coach?
To grips that our team is just not elite this year. Young receivers, a growing oline, redshirt freshman Qb and just not very creative or very bland play calling. Just seems weird we throw 2 passes to the Tight end and one long pass.
