I agree that he played much better tonight. I'm not sure if that's the O'Korn we'll see the rest of the season since he seems to be highly inconsistent.  And I think he's our guy regardless of what I'd prefer. I'll have to trust Harbaugh on that.

Amen to that. I'm delighted to have Harbaugh. 

Most drives, yes. I wouldn't say all. He definitey had an off night, and the offense isn't good enough to bail him out when he does. I'll still take 'em, though.  

Good news, bad news:  First, the bad news. Yes, they are non-binding (typically), with some limited provisions (such as confidentiality) being the only binding portions. Now, the good news. It's highly unlikely that someone in Harbaugh's position would sign an MOU (which may well be subject to FOIA (I'm not a FOIA expert)) with his Alma Mater unless he had a somewhat strong inclination to follow through and take the position.

Speculative? You bet. That's the rule of the day.
