Sorry, but I can't start new topics anymore. Why did I lose so many points in the past few minutes? Is there a problem with the points? Please, someone explain...
I hurt my ankle yesterday. I think it's just a mild sprain, so it should be ok come Sept. 4th. I wouldn't worry too much. I'll still be able to do some light workouts.
Yeah, this is one of the stranger thangs I've ever read. How is this worse than some of the dumber OT posts??????? I really disagree with you Sven. sorry.
Yeah, and it doesn't hurt that this is kind of a popular COLLEGE FOOTBALL blog concerned with THE WINNINGEST FOOTBALL PROGRAM IN AMERICAN HISTORY. So there.
So, how many threads on NCAA '11 is this now? It seems like it's been 3-4 each day. How much new information can we possibly find out? Not a put down to OP, but to the never-ending amount of threads on this topic. At least they're all labeled 'OT'
I completely agree with this. It is an awesome story that he'll be able to do this, but I'm a little afraid that it will go slightly underappreciated by the fans as a whole.
Chris Broussard needs to stop being married to Lebron James. He is SO annoying with how much in love he is with James. Ugh. Ever watch him when he's on First Take? Wilbon's not too much better.
This is ridiculous. ESPN is going to have a countdown to The Decision? Like they can't talk enough about it during the hour it's actually on. I mean, there's no way he announces until about 9:55 pm.
I did not realize that it would take that long for all of the renovations to be done.
I wonder if the vandalism that took place there in the spring with someone cutting up the 'M' will affect the open stadium policy...
I think one of the more annoying things with this whole free agency deal is the idea that the media constantly says that LeBron, or any big time star, HAS to play in a major market like NYC or Chicago to improve his "brand." That is a joke. LeBron has been in Cleveland, not exactly a major media hotbed, for 7 or so years, and is one of, if not the, most talked about athletes in the world. He's not exactly hurting for publicity.
Also, I really enjoyed the sports guy's article. I don't usually read him, but he made a lot of really good points in this.
This is an excellent idea by the Athletic Department. I am really liking the way that Brandon is taking the AD.
I do have a question in addition.
Does anyone know if/when the stadium may be open for the public to go in, go on the field, etc? I've heard that they used to do that, and obviously they couldn't because of the construction the past few years, but I'm just wondering if they will ever do this again...
I am really liking this feature from mgoblue. I especially like that they're not focusing solely on the big time sports.
Excellent choices so far for all states. I look forward to seeing who was chosen each day, and I'm very excited to see who they choose for Michigan and Ohio.

People are too mean here. Like it's kinda not nice. Pretty annoying.
Wow. I'd much rather watch LeSpn than LeMasterpiece LeTheater.
Huh?
Get
Here's a good idea.
Get rid of the sport. Nobody in the USA likes it.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
I think if you go to your television, turn it on abc, you JUST MIGHT FIND IT. geez.

Not cool dude. Let's stop with the mean persoanl attacks. They're really uncalled for.
Hey, don't worry. Word of advise: don't smoke that drug. It's a bad idea. You were wrong mannz.

Bro, this makes absolutley NO sense. Today is Saturday...
How can LeBron afford a sandwich?? He had to take less money to go to the Heats!
How, exactly, does that NOT make sense? It makes perfect excellent sense yo.
Well, thanks for giving out a decent amount of information on an article behind a paywall. I think that that's a MAJOR ethics problem there, bro.

Whoa there buddy. I wasn't crying. I was simply making an observation.
Hey, crazier things have happened. Just take a look at Michigan athletics over the last few years.

was that REALLY the question they chose to ask LePrince on national tv? WOW.
I think that you may have missed my point...
right?

are they really showing Cleveland's reaction?? WHO CARES.
didn't BronBron say he wanted to play for someone that had played in the League before?
how long before the Pat Riley presser announcing that he's replacing Spoulsa?
Well, no surprise there.
He doesn't really look totally at peace with this...

I'm willing to bet that those "Boys and Girls Club kids" are not really club members.
Noticed that one of the commercials for this is a LeBron commercial? Although, he is going to be hurting for cash soon.
He's actually using his remaining college eligibility and going to USC. He'll get paid better there than anywhere else anyway.
well, looks like the time is coming very very soon. my sources (on condition of anonymity) are telling me that he will be the newest Heat.
this 'special' is so corny. Stu Scott just LOVES waxing poetic about his NBA 'friends.'
Chris Broussard needs to stop being married to Lebron James. He is SO annoying with how much in love he is with James. Ugh. Ever watch him when he's on First Take? Wilbon's not too much better.
Why on EARTH am I losing points on this? I was only saying you're not missing much.
Eh, it's just kid's week.
Can you imagine the Bristol offices today if it had been Tiger shooting the 59, and not Goydos? It would be chaos! "What to cover? What to cover!?"
I'm suffering from a severe case of foot-in-mouth disease...
It was kind of meant to poke fun at the MSM for their coverage of it.

Rittenberg DIDN'T post this. The Big East blogger posted it...
YES!!! I'm very excited for these premieres. The League is one of the funniest shows I've ever seen, along with Sunny, of course.
Cool. Thanks for the info. Beginnning to look like he may be filling a bit of a void for them starting around 9 or so tonight...(wink, wink)
I don't follow the NBA closely at all, so I apologize if this is common knowledge. Has Manny been playing any this summer? If so, how's he been doing?
Oh. I did misread your post. I see now. Sorry for the misunderstanding!
I did not realize that it would take that long for all of the renovations to be done.

Unless I'm reading this wrong, we don't have 107,501 right now, or at least last year. It was something like 106,00 (not exact, obviously).
So, shouldn't it be in the 109,000 range?

Just curious, but what is the 'prize' for winning the bobblethon?
I've been tapping each day, but I think I may have missed the prize.
