Nope, he's just that good! He switched to DE, and just started blowing up everybody in the world. Two years in a row, the number one player is coming to us. Sleeper of the century candidate.

In all seriousness, thank you very much for the heads up! I copied Gary's box from the main page to use as a template for all of their current rankings, as I didn't just copy over their boxes from their hello posts, I wanted up to date recruiting information on them. I guess that one just slipped me when I was doing them. Whoops!

I've definitely gained a new respect and appreciation for Brian, Ace, Alum96, and anybody out there who does this for a living, though. That was quite a bit of work, and I didn't even really do anything too extensive.

Sorry to jack your thread but I a watching late night news here in Nashville TN, the were showing the local kids and where they signed. They show our local kid Nate Johnson out of Independence High School here locally. They were being sarcastic and the news anchor asked the sports anchor "if Harbaugh slept over Johnsons house" also he said "how is that legal" "former Vanderbilt coach said that's creepy" and the new anchor made a creepy face and said "Harbaugh guy is weird"
I love Nashville but I hate these fucking southern red necks.
Carry on

I was in Atlanta on Monday and tuned into a local radio show. SEC recruiting was the hot topic but I heard more about how "Jim Harbaugh isn't truthful with recruits" and all of our commits were now "50-50, basically a coin toss" whether or not they'd remain in the class. After his teary eyed Harbaugh rant he gave high praises to Saban for "another great class" he was projected to land. It's disturbing, to say the least, how uninformed and ignorant the Michigan haters really are. They will say anything to keep the top talent from attending Michigan.

i once attended a game in Knoxville... it was Tenn with shuler vs south car with taneyhill the qb. yr was 1995/I think... anyway, these hillbillies in the crowd would scream things like..."catch the ball n.gg..r!!!" with no shame.

No, San Diego is right. You can sign a max of 25 per class. That can only go up through greyshirts and back dating early enrollees. So as long as the back dating 7 of the 29 commits from this crop number is accurate, that means we have 22 commits assigned to the 2016 class. Back dating 3 2017 EE commits gets that back to 25 for 2016 and let's you sign 3 additional for 2017.

So are these the type of guys that we sign but have tryout during the senior season. If we're going to do that we need to be explicitly clear that there is a decent chance they're not in the class in November so we don't have anymore criticism.

if they didnt.

Harbaugh is smart enough to burn the bridges in areas that usually aren't very fertile recruiting grounds. Southeastern Head Coaches would revolt. It's one thing if they both leave the class on their own account, but forcing the two of them out would black out Georgia in recruiting for the forseeable future. (Unless its a grades issue).

Seriously? That receiver will be one of the most sought after receivers in the southeast, he has a solid shot at being a top 10-20 WR nationally, maybe better than any WR we have in our 2016 class. He's a take all the way. And Kurt Taylor had solid offers before committing to Michigan, including Florida. I don't see us dropping him either. Both of those guys, Holloman especially, are legit recruits.

Just watched Hollomans highlights for the first time (time to focus on 2017).  Looks legit to me.  Would like to see more of what he can do as a downfield WR to see how he tracks the ball better but that could be a factor of the offense and quality of the QB.  Also could  highpoint the ball better. And I have no idea what his competition is like.  But he doesn't look out of place with an offer.

Would not surprise me if one of these guys doens't make it into the final class but no point on speculating this early.

not the biggest fan of the RBs game (considering some of the alternatives and the possibility harbaugh lands a top 5 back with real quickness - though taylors still a decent player)  but that WR is legit and has a chance to be a great player.  id be shocked if uga and big southern schools dont end up offering holliman after further eval / camp / etc.  he will climb in the rankings

I see us pulling a few IMG's in next class. Ruiz will be a great pickup. Isaiah Wilson will also be a huge grab. I eventually see us landing him despite some push from some southern schools. I believe the suckeyes just paid him a visit, but they just took a commit from another OT.
