In Your Opinion: If Harbaugh leaves...what's his legacy?

Jim spent multiple seasons at Michigan clearly disinterested. At a lot of normal jobs he would have been fired. He was basically so disinterested that we wondered if he was on meds or suffering from depression. Once his pay was cut and he had nowhere to go he woke up and showed what he could do if he was interested. That’s a piss poor legacy in my opinion, and I was a Harbaugh guy.
