"I talked about Desmond and myself running down that sideline to victory against you know who, and you know what, you guys haven't experienced that feeling very much against that school," Woodson said, addressing a senior class that didn't experience a win over the Buckeyes. "It hurts my heart, it really does.
"But I'm telling you here today, 212 days from now, your Michigan Wolverines team will go down to Columbus, march into that stadium and we will beat you know who to bring back that familiar feeling of victory back to The University of Michigan again," he said to a roar of applause from the audience.

In 1997, David Boston said that OSU would beat Michigan by 2 touchdowns. Woodson responded to reporters that if Michigan was clicking, they would beat OSU by 2 touchdowns. He ran back a punt that day, had interceptions and his prediction of a win came true (although not by 2 touchdowns). He was right then, I feel pretty good that this might be our year and Woodson will be right again.
Ohio State lost 16 players to the nfl and michigan nearly beat that team with john o korn as the qb. Im not saying it will be easy but i am farely confident this will be like the 2016 game where michigan is the better team, they just cant choke it away like the 16' team. lets see how ohio state replaces those 5 players on offense and 11 on defense. i think theyre vastly overrated this year. they will have a offense but their defense wont be anything special.
