Which Michigan football player are you most excited to see?

Submitted by trueblue262 on

We're approaching another season of Michigan football! Some new players will see the field for the 1st time. There are a lot that I'm interested to see contribute, but one that I am anticipating is Drake Harris. I really think this kid is going to do special things in Ann Arbor. Anybody else excited to see someone in particular?

healthy Jake Butt

he's gonna have to put the passing game on his back early on as Mr. Reliable for the QBs. Can see him putting up Gronk/Graham-esque numbers.

But I honestly can't wait to see if Ty Isaac can grab the starting RB job, I have a sneaky suspicion that drake Johnson (if healthy) will be the starter.

Remember when we'd have freshman come in an perform at a high level? (beyond Mason Cole)     I'm looking forward to seeing a lot of the guys take a step up.  On paper (starz) we're loaded.  It is a little much to hope Harbaugh can work miracles/ reclamation with all of them, but HARBAUGH!

The 2014 receiver class. I expect big things from D Harris, Moe Ways, and Freddy Footwork. Talented group of guys, I can't wait to see them get some snaps!

This may be an unusal one but if I had to choose one, I would say Jourdan Lewis. He seems on the verge of breaking out and it has been a while since Michigan has had a true lockdown CB, and it will be very nice to see a CT guy actually live up to his recruiting hype.

He was one of the few guys to improve a lot under Hoke. I wonder if Harbaugh can get even more out of him. Also interested to see if he is on one side of the field and Peppers is on the other. Of course, that is only interesting if both live up to the hype. I'd like to see Lewis get the #2 guy and Lyons get the #1 with help from Peppers. Of course, I am no threat to replace Durkin.

I'd echo a lot of others like Peppers, the QB, Isaac, Lewis, Henry, etc. But, of those not mentioned I'm excited about Gedeon. I think he's both our most talented and biggest LB. I don't think age/experience of the other LBs will be enough to keep him off the field. I'll bet he is at least a split starter in one of the LB spots.

Drake johnson.can t believe coaches over looked him .by far best back we have.i haven t seen issac yet.but we have a much better chance at winning with drake.way better speed and vision.also has power to run through tackles.plus someone posted pic of all four backs.think it was on mgofish.drake s only back carrying ball high and tight to body.green and smith out like loaf of bread fumble machines..issac when hit covers up with two hands in pic...so im praying for drake to come back healthy.really believe if he was our starter and a few less turn overs we win three to four more games last year

I'm probably the most excited to see the Running Back.  Is Ty Issac all that?  How healthy is Johnson, he looked good last year until the injury.  Probably 2nd most excited to see who is at QB.  My gut says Rudock.
