When can you start tailgating at either Pioneer or the golf course?  Is it 7 am or is there an 8 hour before kickoff rule?

The tailgating starts about noon for these games, I believe.

I'll be there a little later than that, for it is supposed to be pretty chilly, and the less time I spend in the cold, the less inclined I will be to complain about how it is getting cold (because this is Michigan and as a native, I reserve the right to never be pleased with the weather).

Well, as a former long-time Wisconsin resident, the Badger fans will probably be there grilling brats, already three beers deep from getting ready at the hotel, at the break of dawn. So, if you want to try and keep up with them*, I'd say around then.

*Pro-tip: don't try to keep up with them. It will only end badly.

Good morning all.  I am a regular browser of the board but don't post/reply (don't think I ever have).  Don't have enough points to start a post for answers to my questions and figured this might be the best spot.  I have always tailgated on the North End of the stadium being from Fenton and with tickets in section 43 but I won two passes to the Victors Lounge and have never been.  Finding it hard to get info on it.  Looks like it is located at Main and Stadium.  Looks like live broadcast, food/drinks.  Can anyone else help?  What time is it open? What else do I need to now about it?  Is it worth it.  Thank you.  Hope this was appropriate.
