Wisconsin only had 8 players enter the game in their loss tonight.  After Koening and Hayes their options are pretty limited.  Might be a rough year for Bo's Badgers.

Good riddance. If there's any justice, they'll have an awful season and lose games off a backboard shot, a half court shot and on several other buzzer beaters just to even out the universe for all the lucky shit that's gone their way the last several years.

Petty of me, but I'd rather they have a awful season this year, and then some time when they're starting to get good again, they have their season trashed by a backboard shot, a half court shot, and several other unlikely makes, including but not limited to an off-the-scoreboard shot, a shot three seconds after time expires, a three-quarters-court shot, a shot from behind the backboard, and a tip in where the guy reaches up through the net inside the rim and catches the ball and pulls it through without being whistled for it.

Go Necks. Proud of my alma mater! They've been horrible at basketball until recently. They were actually a win from making the big dance while I was there a few years back, but also had a bad record.

What's up with all the badger hate? I want the Big Ten to be good, better than every conference. The only teams I root to lose are OSU and MSU. And I guess Illinois since they're our heated rivals hahaha

If you are asking the question it makes me wonder just how much Badger basketball you have watched.  Last year, their game was changed somewhat because of their talent level.  Every other year, it was a mugging; in essence, football played on a basketball court with reffing that always seemed to favor the Wisconsinners.

It was a close game. Wisconsin had a chance to tie the game and a good look. One thing i noticed was that they are not playing inside out. It didn't seem like Western Illinois respected their inside game that much. But, Wisconsin look back and will be surprised if they are still not challenging in B1G. Western Illinois fans were so happy it was unbelievable. It looked like they won the national championship. I am guessing it was the family of the players. Good for them.

Well we lost to Charlotte two years ago, everyone counted us out, and then we ran roughshod through the conference and won it outright by three games. So I'm not counting Wisconsin out until I see how they fare in conference play.

injuries as an excuse. Even so, that program is going in the wrong direction.

Illinois is becoming a baseball school. Hey, they might be our rivals after all. They cruised through the regular season last year, but we knocked them out en route to winning the BTT.
