Week 2 AP Rankings Released

Submitted by The Wonderful 135 on

ND: 16 -> 11

MSU: 7 -> 13

Nebraska: 19 -> Unranked (After a win. Umph. Can that be right??)

ohio: 8 -> 22 (dropped 14 spots...ouchie).

Silver lining: When you're unranked to begin with, nobody can see how far you dropped after a crushing loss. So we've got that going for us.

I'd say MSU is the only team in the top 15 when all things are said and done.  OSU, UM, Wisconsin, Nebraska, and Iowa all seem to be in about the same range (somehwere between 25-40).  MSU, to me at least, seems to be a clear step down from last year but also are clearly the best team in the conference.  All in all, the Big Ten is pretty awful this year.

the Norm for Michigan now? Years ago I couldnt even imagine it and here we are rebuilding for the 10th straight year it feels like. I'm not sure who is really in charge of the program, Hoke or DB or Carr behind they scenes but they need a kick in the pants already.

Can someone explain to me why they think wisconson isn't on a higher level than other big ten teams? The loss to LSU? What's the injury status on their top 2 linemen that went out when they were rolling LSU? I hate being hypothetical, but you would have a hard time convincing me that les miles would have pulled that win off without that gaping hole from those injuries... yes, depth really hurt then. ..... as it hurt Ohio with losing their entire offensive depth by losing Braxton Miller... or our depth by losing a coach that was improving and was never allowed to hire high calibre coordinators. ... oh, and with our current staff leaving our best players out there in garbage time to get absolutely pounded.... DG is a great who is going to be looked back on as not so great because Mr Michigan man keeps him playing and running draws when he's obviously running on zero confidence and taking huge hits... the coaches put their own legacy over the players safety Saturday night. Fire Fire Fire them. Oh, thanks for putting funchess into club ptsd with DG after leaving him hanging dry in garbage time as well.

Getting shut out as a Michigan coach should be automatic cleansing of the staff. One of the great running records this program had left is now dust forever. Anyone watch Arizona vs Oregon last year? MSU is the best in the big ten? Rich rod took Oregon out in his 2nd year down there? Maybe they gave him a chance from day one.... instead of criticizing his every move.... at least the team got better every year... and never shut out Harbaugh? You still interested? I think just getting rid of captain claps lot would make an immediate change... I want to see DG get his shot instead of taking shots.
