Washington was without their top 3 WR's, which didn't affect their terrible offensive line play.

Looks like a quick decline coming after the Chris Peterson era for UW which is a shame.  Will be interesting to see if Harbaugh goes for the jugular or plays his usual tight self against good teams.  Washington will play better next week, I'm sure their whole team was looking right past Montana to Ann Arbor.

Montana canceled their 2020 football season due to covid. They were scheduled to play a 6 game spring season in 2021 but only played 2 of those games going 2-0. So they have only played 2 games since 2019.

My expectations won't change even a bit. We are known for making shit teams look like super bowl teams.

Go out and execute. Let the guard down and MSU '20 will happen all over again.

Fuck Washington…lost to Montana, put up 7 points and you think a light switch is going to turn on with them?  And that “switch” is better than our team?  Fuck their switch, I’ll take Michigan all day. Go Blue

I’m sure we were all looking at MSU the exact same way after their first game last year, and we all know how that turned out.

Washington’s season is on life-support, and they will undoubtedly come in next week and play like it.

Either it bodes well meaning they are not as good as first thought. Or- they had a really bad first game, and will be pissed coming into the big house next week- wounded and dangerous.

I will never read too much into early results but it does seem like a couple of teams (like IU, ISU, LSU, and UW) don't quite have it all figured out on one side of the ball or the other, and I'm liking the fact that for all their flaws UM does seem to have an identity and players on both sides to accomplish what they're trying to do.

They will be a 180 degree different team next week. They were completely disinterested in playing and thought they’d just roll out there and crush this team.

This game is so damn mental. They will come out strong next week and that o-line of theirs will be the strength that it is.

This is quite literally our chance to see if it’s “same old mentally soft Michigan” or not. My hope is UM comes out like they are playing a team that didn’t lose to lose to Montana.

Wasn't able to watch the game but Michigan's defense needs to do what Montana did, only better. Too bad this won't be a noon kick (9AM Pacific time).

Our guys needs to build on the momentum; Go Blue!

Comical people thinking the Washington team from last night shows up in A2 next week.  Wait.  They will get their chit together.  Washington will not risk being 0-2 and they have a fantastic O-line that will push our soft interior around.  Enough to win?  Don’t know.  But they will push us in the interior.
