Saw this article on Bloomberg News this morning. Unfortunately I think it's behind a paywall for now, so I'll summarize.
Dozens of employees at Ishbia’s United Wholesale Mortgage discuss a locker-room environment at the company. Racism and sexually offensive remarks were common among sales staff.

I interviewed with them in 2018 to join one of their internal non mortgage selling team. During the interview they took me on a tour of the sale floor and all I saw was so many guys trying their hardest to be like "Boiler Room" & "The Wolf of Wall Street". I literally laughed out loud and told the HR lead that I was good and we can end the interview early.
I didn't get a job there when I interviewed for it. I said I probably wouldn't participate in the random dance room activities that they had and I guess that made me a bad fit for their culture. Guess it was a dodged bullet.
It was funny in a sad way seeing almost every employee in one big loud room with make shift desks.
