It could be almost as good a day for Michigan as yesterday! Any wavering recruits were obviously not discouraged by the performance against the SEC East Champion Gators.

Set to announce:

Getting Delance and Davis on board will put Michigan well on it's way to develping the monster OL classes like Stanford has produced. Christian McCaffrey is a unique talent, but those holes he was running through were sizeable. Kareem Walker must be licking his chops.

Hopefully, the game will coincide with a PSU throttling of Georgia, and Nauta leaning Blue as well!

Go Blue!

Drake isn't back next year. We have some tough decisions ahead. Even if he stays I could see Higdon getting a lot more time but Walker is definitely not what we see most years in the ##1 HB. I'd bet that they drop him down a few spots after this week and I think he absolutely needs to get stronger because he's not a burner.

Its pretty tough for running backs to make an impact in these Allstar events.  Dline typcally dominates the oline.  I also think that Walker has the unfair disadvantage that they are playing the read option system.  He's much more of a traditional I-back or singleback that we run under Harbaugh.

two days ago, a poster wondered if Gary red shirts with the depth returning in the fall. I think many folks have misjudged his elite skills and the need for playmakers on our D. He creates a match-up hell like Tim Williams for Bama since almost ever tackle in FBS will need help to slow him. I suspect the very fiirst 3rd down against Hawaii we will see him trot onto the field to lead a fierce pass rush ...
