The home-and-homes against Arkansas and VaTech strike me as frustrating. Both programs have a lot of history, and both usually field good teams, but the match-ups seem like no-win propositions for Michigan. They're good enough to beat us. But if we beat them, everybody yawns. Really, nobody outside their respective states cares about either of those teams, both of which are sort of in decline. But, hey, I guess we had few other options.

Your logic is sound.  Those are teams you really don't want to play because they don't move the needle in terms of perception but they are generally good enough to beat you.  But not Arkansas right now - they are really bad.  But who knows in 4 years with the right talent they could be really good.

I hope it's a decent, but not great team like Cal, UCLA, Texas Tech, or Oklahoma State. I don't see the point of scheduling a top 10 team out of conference.

Being in Atlanta, another SEC home and home would be swell.  Sadly, it'll end up being VA Tech and Arizona State.  Hell, I'd be happy with Arizona just to play Rich Rod.  THough I probably would be saddened by the outcome.

LSU at home in 18 and away in 19 in Baton Rouge under the lights with Mike the Tiger running the sidelines! Texas in 20xx with even year at home. Next best Georgia, FSU, Clemson, Texas A&M, USC or Stanford?

What the hell is a relevant national championship? All national championships are relevant. If you want to play that game I'd say that none of MSU's or Ohio's besides 2002 are relevant because they happened about 30 years before I was born.

If they are looking to expand reach on East Coast......maybe Pitt, UVA or WVU. How about a trip to Morgantown.....whoa! Nationally: LSU, Clemson, TA&M, USC or Oregon. Give me Clemson and WVU.....for no particular reason.

Hopefully DB takes into consideration how desirable it will be for fans to travel to these games. For me personally, that's a huge factor.

It cost a solid $800 to see Michigan get dismantled at Jerry World and spend a weekend down there. Needless to say, there's nothing about Dallas that makes me want to go back. It was a terrible idea for Brandon to schedule another game there, IMO. Arkansas isn't the most appealing destination either. On top of that, flying to Little Rock probably isn't particularly convenient.

If available, good options I think are Miami, Washington (Seattle), Stanford (Bay Area), and Arizona State (Phoenix, Tempe). All respectable football programs in places people would likely want to visit. And there are major airports nearby that won't require a 10+ hour trip and changing planes three times.

A home and home with A&M would be awesome. A short drive to watch Michigan kick in the door at Kyle Field and shut up all these Aggie fans down here would be nice.

As in:

"That project was HUGE!".

"Getting that part done right was HUGE!".

"Does the client understands how HUGE this this is?"

"That was a HUGE moment!"

I find it extremely annoying.  Maybe it's just me.  But I hate how this word has been repeatedly applied to the American vernacular, as if words like "important", "significant" and "profound" no longer exist.

I hate you for that Rick. Just stop it.

Did anything ever get announced?  I realize technically tomorrow is the end of the week, but this is the last business day.  I wouldn't expect them to make a large announcement like this on Saturday.
