Trip to Camp Randall?
My birthday is upcoming, and the weather should be nice, so my GF is suggesting we go to Wisconsin for the game on Saturday. Putting aside BPONE and all the rest -- seriously, please put that aside for a moment -- is Wisconsin a good road trip? Any suggestions about seating, local dining, etc.?
TIA

Michigan is 0-4 when I’ve attended (l’m not going this year), and it’s still my favorite road trip in the big ten. Madison is amazing, you’ll have a great time regardless of what happens on the field.

Madison is a great town. You’ll likely end up parking further away and the walking to the stadium - which will allow for the opportunity to wander through A2 style college houses. The Great Dane is a lovely place to grab a meal and a beer. We went there after a loss many moon ago and the Wisky fans were super nice.

Great trip. Good fans, hearty food and plenty of beer.
Mad-town lives up to its reputation.

How does a person get a Memorial Union day pass in order to purchase alcohol? Thinking of that Friday for lunch. Thanks.
