Because the coaches were intent they didn't even notice me. Lots of good stories Sorry I didn't mean to bore anyway but lots of good stories in my life including several priceless Bo stories. But Saturday's game with Texas A&M may be the best.

I bought a 2014 vet the first year in Florida and drove it to California. The only bug in the C7 series is defective radios. I am on the 4th. I also bought one of the last Vets in 2014 and got $3000 off sticker price after other dealers were still trying to squeeze another $5000.
Shop around and be afraid drive a little to buy the car. My last Vet was the 50th anniversary last stick from Athens, GA.
My daughter is completing her 4th year at K-12 after a decade of brink-and-mortar schools. She has a BA, MA and teaching credentials and she really enjoys the freedom of education away from all the BS found in more systems.
Hoke was hired by SDSU because it was the only "name" coach they afford after the Chuck Long problem. Rocky Long, not Hoke, made its mark at SDSU and Hoke tried to hire him at UM. Rocky could coach the underwear out of almost coach around.

Just joined the party. SD has great weather but its very crowed and the homeless are getting out of hand. But there are so many sidetrips you'll be amused and you might try expanding your horizon with LaJolla to Laguna Beach for a long but beautiful drive.
Also turn sights on the Big Island. I've spend many, many on the Big Island because its the less crowded with many activities. I like the local spots so head to breakfast to Waimea or to Minnies in Hawi. My favorite spot on the BI is Honokaa, one of the last truly small towns. There is a Western flair from Waimea north so there's lot of riding spots and local eateries. Along the western coast are several huge hotels including the world's finest hotels (in its day) at the Mauna Kea. If you think East they are green and black sand beaches and one of my favorite "clothes optional" beaches called Kaheun with drum lines, dolphins every day. black sands and a variety of world beauties.
North Shore of Oahu as wonderful,and as the scrimp trucks in Kauai has the second grand canyon but with traffic it reminds me of downtown LA.
I stay on Kona and there's a chance for 5 days in mid May for a timeshare for cheap.

Check out the OSU OL. Did UM, NWest, Washington really pressure Haskins? Lots of time to look around so my first guess is their OL developed and ours did not. A good OL makes everyone around them look better including the coaches.
Second, Tressel should have been arrested for his shadowy dealings including email deletions, lying to the cops and payola. You don't reward a cheat and I wouldn't want any UM coach to fall to his personal level.
Third, Ohio is quite different than 49 other states. When an OSU football coach fucks up he's rewarded (Tressel to campus president) and meaningless citlzen panels used to punish Liar.
Of course, there's the academic level. A UM "c" is equivalent to an OSU "a". If you want to apply balance to the conferences equal the academic levels. Who was the great OSU quarterback who said "I didn't come here to attend classes, I want to play football." You want someone like that?

You've got a lot of assistant coaches relying on a salary to support their families, etc. Assistants run the show and HC's respect their opinions or else replace their assistants. I can't image, for example, an experienced OL coach favoring one guy over another except for skill levels. While I don't recall as many players leaving DURING the season it is what it is and if you can't accept being dropped a "level" during practice then you either work harder or quit. Has Solomon done anything during the past 2 seasons?
Fortunately for us, JH knows how to coach (although it might not show up all the time). His record is pretty air tight. He has some pretty good assistants with proven track records. If an assistant has one player over another JH will accept that as he should.
I enjoy Brown's defense but he has yet to demonstrate the ability to adjust his style. Indiana and OSU torched Brown with crossing and wheel routs. You know it was coming after the Indiana game yet there was no adjustment for OSU. That sucks. His defenses have major trouble holding a lead against PSU (when they had a running back) and of course OSU (you can't image the shit I continually take out here). Anyway I hope he stays but works with JH to create some interesting zone defenses because the key to Brown is DL rushing.
Oh, and JH should encourage his players to keep their mouths shut particularly before a big game.
You would have thought that Indiana was a wakeup call. Indiana and DeBorg for heaven's sake. Mr. Brown, it's okay to scatter in zone defense particularly in circumstances that warrant it. Poor Watson got picked on time and time again so that would indicate he needs helps, as do you.

Offer revoked" Instead the scholarship went to a hangeron named David Gallagher who became an all America and an All Pro with the Bears. The WR? He ended up at UM but was never great. Moral of the story? Be happy with the guys who want you and piss on those who don't. They're kids and entitled to change their minds. No one wants an unhappy recruit.
