From my question to Brady Hoke regarding the voting process for team captain and if there is any politicking going on among players:
“Think when we vote for Mayor, there is politicking involved. In society there’s guys who maybe go around…about it the wrong way. There’s been some unbelievable captains that we’ve had in various teams, various places who have done it just by how they do it every day and have been consistent. Yeah, there’s guys who maybe try a little too hard. But the one thing, the kids, the team votes on it, and only the older guys. None of the freshmen. They haven’t been around them enough.
