There seems to be some disagreement between the sites on Hill - unless there is new info only for paid subscribers…

Sam and crew seemed upbeat (or at least status quo) on him on their most recent podcast whereas I saw Brandon over at Rivals put in a futurecast for Illinois.

So, like, Justin Feagin?

Anyone can put together a list of names. This could be from a Sparty troll on Red Sewer. Context, man, we need context.

So many questions (authenticity, motivation for posting, etc.). Here's one: Why is a single entry in italics with yellow highlighting?

He wouldn't be eligible for either, but what's a little immigration fraud among friends?

Unfortunately I did a little digging and it appears John Ruiz (Miami's mega booster) has a method for providing NIL to internationals. Miami's Aussie punter has publicized that he has earned money from NIL. I think they actually are using a different method than Oscar Tshiebwe and Kentucky who I believe had his visa reclassified. Instead, it looks like Ruiz is paying athletes in their home country. It seems like a lot of work for players who may not have a lot of value, but I don't think ROI is his #1 concern.

Venmo doesn't work but intl wire transfers cost like $40.

You probably need to set up a company in the propect's home country or perhaps a 3rd country, like the UK, but it is all very simple if you work in the finance industry as Ruiz does.

The surprising thing is that you would go through the cost and effort for a borderline 3 / 4 star low floor / high ceiling prospect.  I love this kid's potential but it will take at least 2 years before he can get on the field so he wouldn't seem to be a high NIL signing bonus priority.

But then again, who the F knows in the current craze.  I mean they are apparently paying NIL to punters at Miami.  Talk about having money to burn - NFL teams barely pay more than the league minimum even to top punters like Jack Fox.
