yep, camp can be grueling, repetitive and boring at times (though good coaches limit the latter 2, as do good teams with competitive, winning cultures), and silly bs comes with the territory.  those dudes are looking for any and all ways to stay loose and laugh at this point

I'm not what's worse, this thread or that article.  Probably this thread, but still.

And it's written by a woman named Graham Watson.  An odd name for a girl.

He's going to get reamed because you can't tell that his quote box is from Mags and not something he's trying to say himself being a "go home you're drunk" thread starter.

The clickbait thread title is going to set people who are thirsty for inside info OFF. To those people...you really think that's how you were going to find out?

Note: If it doesn't say "Speight named starting QB" or "O'Korn named starting QB"...it's not what you're looking for.

I was told earlier today that while a starter may be named at the end of camp - it may just be for Day 1. Coaches are considering letting the battle play out over the first 2-3 games. In fact, they may be leaning that way at the moment, but it'll only be 2 guys...not 3. "0% chance they start B1G season without a true starter - they saw what happened at OSU. But this year's schedule allows for reps between 2 guys early in the year if it comes to it. Hopefully it doesn't." If it comes to it, we know the 2 guys. But I say this because those hitting refresh may not ever get the big announcement they're looking for before the season.

Also...

"It's simple. Whoever sustains drives will win the job. It's not about spark, athleticism, an added dimension or potential." Harbaugh has said a version of this repeatedly, so it's really not inside information. It's just regurgitating info from a coach who really doesn't lie about things...he either shares or doesn't.
