We continue to see that these events are as much or more about connecting with coaches as it is about connecting with players. Brilliant. Of course, the SEC butthurt is basically a reward in itself at this point...

Michigan is showing the right way to extend the Big Ten's recruiting reach. The Bradenton trip does a lot for many-- not just Michigan's players, coaches, students and alumni. Florida high school players, coaches and students also benefit from learning about "the Harvard of the West." If I were a parent of a Florida player or student, I'd rather have them attend the Friday open practice than getting bombed at a Spring Break party. Good athletes and students there need to know Michigan can be a great choice over Florida schools, despite the weather differences. (Of course the cost of out-of-state tuition for non-scholarship students remains a barrier.)

Damn I leave Orlando on the 5th. I wish they did the open practice any other day I would have gone. Oh well.

Apparently they don't understand the Twitter Machine.  Bumpkins just don't get it.  You're the ones being "Cordially" invited.  Being tweeted @ or mentioned in a tweet doesn't infer an endorsement or affiliation.  In my America, you can tweet at whomever you want...except, obviously, croots... don't be that guy.

I am LMFAO because now FlaHSFootball is getting swamped with people responding to their tweet of not endorsing Michigans spring practice. You couldn't write a story as good as this for television. All the free publicity is priceless  . . . Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha

Didn't they realize that he only invited them and other coaches to come out and watch, learn and fellowship with some of the great minds in Football? NOT CO-SPONSER the event. Why take such a public stance about not wanting to come?

Perhaps some coaches within the organization would be interested in the networking opportunity. Are they going to stop them from coming or treat them differently if they do? What a stupid ass thing to do if you dont want thosands of phone calls and emails. Who's running the show over there. Does he think they are bigger to football than Harb. and Michigan and we need to steal or misappropriate their endorsement?

Next time idiot, shut the hell up and JUST DONT COME.
