Mentally pencil in the Wisconsin game for a tailgate for Marlin Jackson’s Fight for Life Foundation, which bears reminding is seriously one of the most forward-thinking and well run organizations for providing educational opportunities to disadvantaged kids. What deal. They charge $100 to $200 more at M than their prices at any other school (including Stanford where the cost of living is out of control) then you apply the discount.

Regardless of the lot location, they're charging $800 for the "gold package" which gets you a pre set up tailgate that doesn't include food or drink. Highly doubt the demand is there for that when you could probably rent out a room and access to the yard for an entire month in houses like that nearby for the same amount.

You cannot rent anything in Ann Arbor during football season for less than a semester. I tried. I offered people more than $3000 just for September. They all said no. It's cheaper to rent a hotel room every night than rent an apartment for one month in A2 during football season.

As Seth noted in the op, get 10 buddies at $50 each. This would definitely make it affordable but ten guys/gals, 4 chairs, and (1) 10x10 tent, sounds like a tight squeeze to me. So 4 buddies at $125 each, no thanks I can walk from the golf course.
