So what? It's about player development. Harbaugh has assembled a great assistant coaching staff. I do not know this, but how many ex sparty assistant coaches are working for Mel over there? My point is, Michigan has a very long list of former Wolverines on the staff. It makes a huge difference because we have a winning culture and the spartan only have a bunch of players who transfer in and out every year.
By the looks of things, Mel's recruiting abilities will evaporate before this season is over, especially if they end up going 6 and 6.

PJ made WMU relevant nationally in a very short amount of time & unfortunately year after year Tim Lester has undone what PJ built. He's got a .602 win percentage overall, .623 at Minny & I don't know his salary but I guarantee it is less than the .571 winning "Tuck coming...to the bank to laugh at Sparty boosters while he cashes his check"
