NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

One of the very best in basketball AND football. NBC doesn't have enough content and he's been awesome.

This sucks if true.

He had some funny stories about people asking him about the coaching search during Harbaugh ...at the gas station, grocery store, wherever. He said something like, "hey I went to Syracuse - I'm not a Michigan insider" but said he would be asked multiple times per day

Clay Travis is tweeting that one.  Take it for what it is worth.

Nessler has done one of the college football Semifinals, and has the ESPN Saturday Night Prime Time slot.  Beyond MNF, that would be another big gap opening up there on the ESPN roster.

Verne Lundquist is 75 years old --- Nessler is 59.  It's possible that Nessler would be moving to the SEC on CBS Saturday afternoon games.  Nessler was partners with Gary Danielson on ABC games back in the late 1990s (before Danielson sold his soul to become an SEC shill).

I am glad that he's moving on. I can stand to watch some NBA games that he would call again. His sound is fine, it's how fake he sounds. Just my opinion.
