SIAP - Isaiah Wilson releases top 5
Says he may make a decision in the summer or on signing day. IE, he has no idea when he's making a decision.
Top 5:
Bama, LSU, OSU, Georgia and UM
According to TVH, Michigan seems to have the lead.

A 2017 recruit's Top 5? Is that how slow things are right now?

and #2 overall player in the class. So it's kind of a big deal.

Although he did move up in the 247 composite rankings, he is actually the 5th OT and 16th overall. Still very good though.

Didn't realize the other sites had him that much lower.

On Nov. 27 he said that Michigan was his leader

Summer or signing day seems like a wide range.

A lot of recruits "shut down" the process during the season so that they can focus on their own team. I would assume this means if he hasn't picked a made a decision before his season starts he will wait till after the season and OV's to decide.

You are just going to have to suffer the consequences of being buckled for 12 months in a row.
Top 5 is cool and all but with these top level recruits and having that many southern schools involved I wont count any chickens until next Feb. Even if he announced today.

You can count the McCaffrey chicken. That egg will hatch.

What he probably means is that he will commit in the summer, decommit after his senior season is over and (re)commit on signing day. Standard operating procedure really.

He's stomping on Bama and LSU, teabagging Georgia, and has turned his back on OSU. He's all Blue!!!
Obligatory(?) /s

While I know you are joking, I was wishfully thinking along the same lines.
That just clearly proves that we are both degenerates and don't have much else to do on a Friday afternoon.

I like your thinking.

No Clemson, Ole Miss, or Auburn. I like our chances with the cheaters out of it
February 19th, 2016 at 4:13 PM ^
Ohhhhh you mean THOSE cheaters, because OSU, LSU, Alabama...
February 19th, 2016 at 4:40 PM ^
IIRC, there was another coach in the SEC who said something along the lines that Ole Miss recruiting puts other SEC tactics to shame. But I get your point.
February 19th, 2016 at 4:52 PM ^
What I'm trying to figure out is if some Ole Miss alums or fans won the lottery because they sucked for years and now suddenly there's money to pay all these players?
Were they just spending it wrong all those years?
What?
Inquiring minds want to know.
