If the season goes poorly, I believe Harbaugh will magically have a job in the NFL somewhere else. Probably in Miami... And then we will be able to complain about something else...

Nay. Make a case justifying a $15m buyout... and it should be more valid than "michigan has deep pockets, they can afford it."

It's not coincidence that he brought on a new OC in year 5. He can write this year off to losing his entire defense to the NFL and a new offense. That gets him a year 6 and most likely a year 7 alone.

Now... should they renew his contract in 2 years? ...Not unless he wins 2 Big Ten titles IMO. If he continues to go down to Notre Dame, Michigan State, and Ohio State the fan base should absolutely REVOLT if his contract is renewed.

Who do you even bring in to right the ship? I think Meyer will be at USC next year if he ends up coaching anywhere, so he's out... Tom Herman would be awesome... but is his desire to stick it to Ohio stronger than turning around his alma mater? who are the other options? Give me a REALISTIC replacement option and I'll consider getting on the fire Harbaugh bandwagon... dont really like the guy

Hell no.you think switching coaches is going to help.so you saying if we had best coach out there we wouldn't fumble or throw interceptions.we d block and make every tackle.punter won t drop ball with 5 seconds left.come on just because its michigan not going to just walk on field and win

Look at usc, ucla, stanford, penn st,nebraska, texas, florida st  all use to be power houses now 3 to 6 losses a year.

Wonder if you d fire bo back then to.wtf.

Mich fans are whiners.makes me sick.lose game and it's the coach.b.s
