Semi OT - $5 Bits of Broken Chair Donation
I'm not sure if anyone else is in this situation, but I've been meaning to donate to the $5 Bits of Broken Chair fundraiser this year, but wasn't sure if I could donate in good conscience to either the Nebraska or Minnesota side.
Well, I finally Googled it, and while Rhule has been whining, Fleck is concentrating on football (and on talking up how good Michigan is!). Minnesota it is.
If there's anyone else on the fence, I think you can safely donate on the Minnesota side - they're all good charities, and it's a trophy that absolutely should happen, even if it probably won't.

Rhule is a tool.
Fleck was nice to us, and hasn't said anything bad. But he could have come out and said in public (like Deion did) that this is overblown nonsense. So I am 1% mad at him.

I think Rhule is new the Big Ten and toed the line. You'll remember, after playing us, he was asked about sign stealing and his answer was, "meh. it's part of the game." A couple angry group phone calls with Petitti later and he's "mad".

This week we're all Gophers (after being Wolverines).

Minnesota stood by us in 1973 so even though their hockey fans are annoying I side with them.

At first I thought the whole charity angle was to restore some broke dick trophy.

The people who are pushing for the trophy raise money for childrens' hospitals every year to try to keep it in the news.
It's inexplicable that Nebraska and Minnesota don't make the trophy official. It's like they don't like fun and don't want the fans to be engaged in their games.
