I don’t give a crap about politics or get upset over a guy who has no idea who I am but if you made that comment about Obama you would be labeled a racist and probably banned from this site.   With that, the last few years have been really entertaining with Trump’s shenanigans and the participation trophy left kicking and screaming.

I don't know that anyone would be considered a racist for saying the same about Obama but let's be realistic. Trump was was a freak show long before anyone cared about his politics. Now that he got elected, it's no longer allowed to to be mentioned.

People post gifs all the time. In context, this seems both non- political and on the funny side. The post above said huge, second post said bigly. I didn’t know that was a word before 2016. It’s in our common parlance now.

I agree no politics, but I’m not sure that pic either endorsed or scorned the person.

〽️? Nation! I'm pleased to announce that @CampSanderson - an integral part of the program the last 10 years - will be staying in Ann Arbor.

His reputation precedes him — I’m definitely looking forward to witnessing that first workout.

The only person I didn't want to lose. Thought he has been the best most consistent part of Michigan's program over his tenure.

I don't think he will. I'd bet he really tries to keep one, likely Yaklich which makes sense. But coming in as a new coach, you don't really want to be outnumbered by the "old guard" because there are bound to be rough patches and some friction here and there. Being outnumbered can create factions, which Michigan is very prone to anyhow.

We'll soon find out, one way or the other.

This is huge. Sanderson was probably the assistant that was most important to keep from Beilein's staff. He turns average joes into athletes

Also, it's a good sign that Howard is deciding to keep him because he recognized the value he was already bringing to the program and wanted to keep that stability. Hopefully he decides to keep a few more assistants on to add some more stability

I hope Howard announces everything like this, it's like a Woj Bomb!

Maybe a JuBomb Howard?

Either way, this is fantastic news. Wanted Sanderson to stay more than I want Yak to, tbh.
