I'll go to sleep eventually - the graveyard shift threads will be spectacular, I am sure, and there will be plenty to clean up in the morning. For the moment, however, there is still more drinking to do and Colorado-Washington State just got started and I need to unwind with a game in which Michigan doesn't play.

I truly won't. I haven't missed watching professional sports in decades. I haven't watched tv in decades either. I use my tv to stream, listen to music or prepare presentations and also watch Michigan athletics. That's it.

Is wrong with some of you?

Penn State has better talent, had a grudge about last year and had better talent.

Their coaching was better tonight.

This loss is not on John O'Korn..........he had a pretty damn good game for a guy that was harrassed all night because the Oline and receivers sucked.

It would be nice if our receivers caught some easy balls.......

The bottom line is that PSU was better than us in every aspect of the game.

But around here we are told to give it time, be patient, there will be growing pains, complex offense but when developed will be unstoppable, where we are expected to be, the list (excuses) goes on and on!!!Give me a fucking break already. Its laughable!

This year has really made me reconsider all this. I move around events to watch these games. It strains my relationship with my fiancée. Lions and Michigan included. They're both always just such epic disappointments. I'm sitting here thinking "I keep saying stick with it and it will happen" but it doesn't. A University with a national scandal in the last 5 years just took our team and our NFL coaching staff to the fucking woodshed. Lions will manage to blow a great shot at the division undoubtably. Michigan hasn't won a championship or a meaningful game in what feels like decades. I don't know man. I've been drinking but it just seems hopeless. I'm a normally optimistic fan but I think I'm just broken finally. It's just brutality every year...

I'm sure this has been discussed...but what exactly does the fake handoff do on this play? Does an opponent really think a team is going to run it on 4th and 11? Shouldn't we be using our running backs to protect the passer on a play like this?

Going to be another long week at work. Not watching any football tomorrow. Will probably visit this board less frequently this coming week. Let’s hope we can win the next 3 and build some momentum for the final two games of the season. Have to try and find a way to finish 9-3 at worst.

Bridesmaids. Funniest movie in a long, long time.

And for the record, I'm not a bad fan if I don't watch. I'm going to sleep ok tonight because I didn't watch (I closed my eyes when my husband changed over to check the game). Why would you keep going back to something that's so aggravating, you can't sleep and you're depressed for days? I just can't do that anymore.

I felt this way after MSU but it was pretty clear early on that this wasn't going to be our night and we were not beating a team of this caliber on the road. Have a couple drinks and take it easy, sleep will come and we'll get back on the winning track next week.

This guy gets it. College football. Shit happens. We aren’t that good. Every body seems ready to accept how good this team really is before the season but then once it happens they can’t deal. We all saw this team throw rocks at Florida, Cincinnati, Air Force, and MSU and knew what might be coming against a good team on the road. Then it happens and you’re confused. Growing. Pains.

When I saw the dark knight in theaters I hadn’t seen Batman begins but it was still one of my favorite movies. Then I saw Batman begins and loved it. All 3 films have their own vibe. Easily my favorite trilogy with the dark knight specifically as one of my favorite movies of all time
