I omitted just about all the replays to keep it right around 7:00.

Thanks for posting this. I couldn't watch the game due to family stuff, but the team looked much better. Of course, Rutgers is probably one of the worst teams in the country and they were playing their second string QB, but Michigan at least looked like everyone knew what they were doing.

Iowa is the real test, but a 7/10th speed scrimmage against Rutgers might be just what the team needed.

I agree that no other qb on the roster could make that throw, because no other qb has shown that velocity.  That thing was on a rope.  To be fair, I think either Patterson or McCaffrey would have made the throw, just not like that.

Secondly and more importantly, I want to see Milton run the ball more.  He looks like a man child and if I recall correctly, ran it decently last year. Could be wrong though.  He could open up a facet of the offense we haven't really seen with Shea.

Edit: Also, thanks for the highlights.  Couldn't watch the game, so these are much appreciated.

Thanks for doing this.  Looks like Ruiz hurt his ankle when a Rutgers player rolls into him at 5:31 in the video. He was limping around a lot after that play so hopefully it’s nothing serious and he’s good to go against Iowa.

Good job with the film. Defense OWNED the backup QB for Rutger that he will want to go Sit-Back-Down-Ski.

First off....it was Rutgers.

But, given that, I think today we saw a complete, diverse offense. I liked the way it looked. The difficulty (as always) is to be able to implement the idealized offense against non-ideal opponents.

As a note on Milton: his first throw was bad. Just not accurate. And then everything else was great to see from him. I think with extended playing time against better opponents we'll see more of the inaccurate throws that he had in high school. But he sure does look promising.
