Nobody thinks we will win. Let’s let that chip drive us to victory. Change the narrative and make happy valley sad. It’s football eve and time for bangin!!

Clearly you've never seen UM play a night game at PSU. If She's has trouble with pressure and making quick, decisive decisions, this is not going to be to be pretty. The defense may keep us in it for a bit, but without turnovers or special teams scores, we aren't winning with what Patterson has shown.

I'm ready to watch the offense build on what it did to Ill last week!  Have some counters to the plays they showed, and show off some new plays we haven't seen yet.  Maybe add some throws to the runs that Warinner is adding back into the offense.  It'll be enough to score the points we need.

The boys are going to play like fire!!  Beat Pedophile Sympathizers University!!!

Well, it's more about people largely believe we COULD win, but not very people expecting that we will. I do admit to being in this boat, I am always open to exceeding expectations. Hopefully, we do exactly this tomorrow night.

If we're all firmly entrenched in the darkest corners of BPONE, it's because Michigan put us there.  It's not without cause.

But I second your sentiment.  I believe we can win this game.  Penn State looked pretty ordinary against Iowa and Pitt.  When they've faced serious competition, they have not looked like world beaters.  The Michigan team that takes the field Saturday is essentially the same group of players that tuned up PSU 42-13 last season.  Winning at night in Happy Valley is a tall order, but it can be done.

That's the thing about Michigan football that kills me as long as I followed this program it seems like we're the George Costanza of college football. We're neurotic and irritable but for the wrong reason or we manifest it in the wrong way LOL we ought to get a chip on our shoulder but instead we try to rationalize why people don't like us. People pick Penn State to win and then we're like " I need to make a statement Jerry!!!" Jerry: "Make a statement?" Us: Yeah make a statement... I need the media to like me baby. Jerry: What you have to be liked? Michigan: Yes! The media has to like me they have to pick me Jerry!

Jerry: oh George you're crazy! Get out of here *music cues*

Again Michigan is the George Costanza of college football... Not that there's anything wrong with that!

I was riding into work this morning and heard a sports announcer pick Penn State in a "Blood Bath" double digit blow out tomorrow night. Tired of hearing about how great Penn State is and frankly believe that they could not beat Wisconsin or Ohio State this year. Michigan can beat them, however, Harbaugh has set up this type of environment for his team by not even competing in the "big games" and especially with the embarrassment in Madison a few weeks ago. I am lifelong Michigan fan and was so excited to see Harbaugh hired after watching Carr slip in his final years, Rich Rod and Hoke. I remember on this board that someone posted that Michigan fans would grow tired of Harbaugh by year 5. I have to admit that is me now. His arrogance and detachment this year from the program this year is sad to see. His game week interview this week was once again aloof, cold, and did not have one bit of inspiration in it. I can't imagine a kid being around that preparing to play a game at Penn State. I really hope Michigan can come out tomorrow night and win the game which I believe would end the "funk" they are in getting ripped in big games. Go Blue

I may speak for several fans here but the only thing that would get me excited to watch Saturday would be the reanimation of Keith Jackson.  Absent that I am nervous as heck.  Still.....I am unwavering in my support.  Go Blue!

Sitting at camp, watching the sunrise over the field, hot cup of coffee in hand, 40degree fall morning, geese honking in the distance (heading south).....

All is well,

Bang away.
