Straight angle ain't an angle; just sayin'. I've been arguing this since the fifth grade. No one listens to me!
My daughter carries on a similar lonely crusade against the idea of continental drift. Over-simple she said, and was scorned. Sixth grade was a learning experience for my daughter.

Are there theories that reject continental drift? Or was she just saying it was explained too simply in sixth grade?

Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn.

Rodriguez is a sophomore. Interestingly, Kevin Doyle, former Michigan QB commit is also on the roster. According to article, he could play as well.

He looked functional during last week's game, coming in after Tate was injured. Doesn't have a rocket arm, not exceptionally athletic, but he made a few plays. Tough year for Arizona.

The Rich Rod of quarterbacks?

Meanwhile, Brady Hoke's 32 yr old daughter did something or other . . ?
We must be really hard up for relevant topics.

There was a non-trivial chance of Rhett ending up here (had the RR experiment worked out better). Interesting to see he will start on a P5 squad (albeit a dumpster fire at the moment, but still something better than Rutgers).

Arguably, this falls on the outer periphery of non-OT because of the Rodriguez connection, but to be fair, at least this isn't the July version of short on content. If that were the case, it would be something like "Rhett Rodriguez Prefers Mustard To Ketchup".

Well, Grey Poupon is pretty tasty.

For me to poop on.

Plus ketchup has too much sugar in it.

You must be hardup for things to do.

This is great. Glad to see it.

Honestly, what is great about him starting, as opposed to some other player? Being the son of a major college football coach should have given him a huge advantage over his peers.

Wonder if his dad and the mistress will be there?
October 16th, 2018 at 8:05 PM ^
Which one?

I watched him play last weekend, was not impressed

Let's leave kids out of this and move on.

This guy named his kid Rhett and people wonder why he didn't fit in at Michigan?
That right there should have been a huge red flag.

too funny Hatter... and I almost skipped this thread

Right now, the Arizona football roster features these first names: Jarrius, Shun, Dayven, K'hari, Chaco, Jace, Azizi, Redi, Rexxd, Layth, Nahe and Mykee.
Oh, and don't forget "My-King."
And you pick on "Rhett"?
I see a major college football coach, whose son who has played football from the time of his youth under that sort of general pressure and who nevertheless has the skill and the determination and the discipline to be able to play at an FBS level. I think of Lloyd Carr and Jason. Jack Harbaugh and Jim. Don Shula and Mike. Pat Shurmer and Kyle. There are like about 100 of those examples, right? Virtually all of them high-character examples.

He threw a sweet TD pass against Utah. Looking forward to seeing what he does once he takes the reins.

Did anyone follow this after RR was fired? I thought I heard something about him being cleared of some of the allegations, but I'm not exactly sure.

Regarding My-King, I didn't believe someone could have such a terrible name until I found his Arizona Bio...He has an interesting named sister too:
Personal: Son of Nadette Lewis…Has three sisters, Lonnie Smith, A-Queen Johnson and Nadette Johnson…Sister, Lonnie, is a track and field athlete at Abilene Christian University…Undecided on a major.
