Mork confirmed that he will not be making any staff changes this offseason. They are not pelased, to say the least. Some really funny stuff in there. Early highlihgts include:

"This program is in disarray. Totally lost control. Things will be getting worse before getting better. This is a multi year reset project at the minimum. May never get us back to the playoff before he retires.

"Retires is the key word because Hollis isn't going to fire him. A repeat of this year next year and he should be fired. This season was inexcusable. Fucking disaster."

"Checked out mentally. Lost the fire. Saban broke him. Now he rides the gravy train padding his family's fortune until someone at MSU has the balls to pull the plug."

My favorite RCMB coping mechanism is claiming that the Orange Bowl is a meaningless bowl, all the while their team will be home for the holidays (assuming they aren't spending them in jail).

It's fun to read. But, it's a complicated situation. Dantonio has earned the benefit of the doubt but this year was horse shit.

Yep. It was a bad season, so I get that they're frustrated. But what better coach is waiting in the wings if they were to fire him? I know people like to compare Dantonio to Beilein, but the one difference is that Michigan has the money and the brand to pull a high level basketball coach, at least in theory. MSU isn't getting another coach as good as Dantonio unless they luck into finding one that the bigger programs didn't catch in time.

by a Sparty, that Dantonio should fire his staff.  I didn't say anything, but what good would that do? He needs another NFL QB.  What are the odds of that happening.

dantonio's put 4 QBs into the NFL, over his tenure, and has put more players, overall, than UM. That's going to win you a lot of games. Of course, it's also going to raise expectations. They had to rely on a 5th year QB this year, and it didn't work out. Could this be a Loyd Carr situation? It's possible. But, you don't just turn on the man, for one bad season. The last 5 years, they've ranked in the top 35 (composite) in recruiting. All of that has led to success unseen since the the 50's and 60's. But, osu turned on bruce after one down year (a winning year), and that ended up benifiting UM, so I'll take any meltdown in spartyvill.
