Rashan Gary Diary
At USA Today Sports, there is a Rashan Gary diary, with a few thoughts on Michigan, other schools, food, and his interests.
LINK: Rashan Gary blog: Learning from the IMG loss, the Michigan trip, and a big plate
Regarding the IMG game:
I didn’t get a chance to talk to Coach Harbaugh, but I saw him and that he came down to the game to support me and my teammates was cool.
Regarding his visit to Michigan:
My visit to Michigan (on Sept. 25) was good. I’ve been there three times before. I already had a good idea how it was. I just needed to go there and check out the business school, a place where I plan on spending the majority of my time because hopefully that will be my major. I wanted to get a good feel for how people were at the campus and I accomplished that while I was there. There were a lot of nice people. You ask them a question and they don’t mind it. Here in Jersey, a lot of people won’t say hi until you say hi. I saw Chris (Partridge, the former coach at Paramus, now an assistant at Michigan). We just talked about my high school season, just catching up and stuff.
Regarding food:
I love to eat. Right now, I’m a little heavier than usual. I’m around 300. During the season, my weight goes up and down, but the lightest this season I’ve been is 285 in the third game. I’ll usually have a breakfast sandwich with hash browns for breakfast, then three sandwiches, a Gatorade, a fruit snack and water for lunch. For dinner, my favorite meals are my mom’s jambalaya or her fried chicken. I like her fish too. I don’t know — I just like to eat.
Reading about Jerry Kill and Chris Clark and Dave Brandon is a bit of a downer, but any Rashan Gary news is good news. Hoping we have lots of good news in the remainder of the recruiting cycle.

That's funny, but what does it have to do with this thread?

"I don't know how it fits in with everything else, I just like it."
Seems to match Millen's philosophy with the Lions and drafting players.

the poster is just staying in character. Either that or we're actually talking to Matt Millen, which honestly wouldn't surprise me all that much.
And that gif is funny.

He keeps posting these randomly in various threads, if you haven't noticed yet.

Like many things Matt Millen did, there doesn't appear to be any good rhyme or reason.

The theme seems to be people getting jacked up with a kick.

The more important question here is what was that dude trying to accomplish, and why did the chick go through with it?
October 29th, 2015 at 8:10 AM ^
Woman tried to stop him.

That's going to leave a mark.

I'm guessing based on the fact there was a stationairy camera set up he was trying to film his way cool karate kicks and the lady walked into room without him knowing and took one right in the face.
BTW - near the end, right before he cradles her lifeless head in his arms, that dude looks a LOT like Nicholas Cage to me.

and for some reason the intention is to kick her in the chest, but he didn't anticipate her leap trailing off. I am not understanding why they decided to do this.
October 28th, 2015 at 2:13 PM ^
I thought he was trying to kick the light. I've watched it about 50 times now (hard to stop watching) and it seems to be what he was looking at.

Sweet karate kicks to the light I think

I cant stop watching this, but I'm still downvoting it because there's no reason for it to be here.

I thought the terms of your probation meant no access to this interwebs thing.

I do not find this gif funny at all. I find no humor in a man kicking a woman in the face especially when we hear of so many issues and situations today where men assault women, and vice versa. Granted, this may have been an attempt to fake it, but from the evidence they missed on that.
[MODS - IMHO, I think the post should be deleted.]

Why did George have a 67 GTO? I can tell you as a poncho guy I definitely did NOT see that episode as I know I would've remembered it.

George is borrowing his car with his parents out of town

A classic episode. George pretends to be a bad boy to impress a woman, and the gang discovers that Elaine has a "unique" dancing style:

and a stupid home video gone accidentally awry on the other?
For me this is the difference between crime and slapstick.
MODS, IMHO the post should remain.

PFFFFFFFFFT
I FIND YOUR AVATAR OFFENSIVE BECAUSE IT DEPICTS AN ATTRACTIVE WOMAN AND THAT IS INSTILLING SOME SORT OF ANTI-FEMINIST THOUGHTS IN MY HEAD AND MAKES ME FEEL LIKE YOU ARE BODY-SHAMING WOMEN THAT DONT LOOK LIKE YOUR AVATAR
