Psu vs Osu predictions

Slow day and I need some football discussion in my life. What is everyone's prediction for the Psu vs Osu matchup. I personally think Osu wins something like 35-17. Hope I'm wrong

PSU is due for a humbling and OSU is the most likely team on their schedule to do it... They're playing in Columbus too - not happy valley during a white out

31-27...they come up with a non-offensive score (punt block, pick 6, scoop and score) mid 3rd quarter to put some distance, then hold on.  Barrett will play ok, but his legs and the run game will be what keeps the chains moving.  Barkley will not have the mismatches in the passing game, so that might not be as much of option for PSU.  And OSU's front will do a better job getting to and containing McSorley.

Penn State is good.  I think they win.  Gesicki is...really good and a tough matchup for anybody.    Mcsorley has legs...maybe not JT Barrett legs but he's a good runner.  Saquan is gonna get his, no doubt.  I think OSU offense sputters again as they did against OU.  Penn States defense is unfortunately pretty decent now.  31-23 Penn St.

Last year before this game, Franklin was hanging on for his job and OSU was the prohibitive favorite to win the CFP; crazy happens = PSU pulls the upset.

Flash forward to today PSU is the hottest take around and, on the other hand, OSU in the meantime has lost games by 31 and 16.

The trends seem to be PSU's way but........ with:

revenge factor + let down after big win + at the toilet = toss up

Hey wasn't one of these two coaches 2-2 last year after being upset by an instate rival and losing by 39 on the road to a blue blood program in it's division? I remember his fanbase called for his head, I bet they feel pretty stupid now but shouldn't be shocked if that coach they ripped on takes a better job in the SEC.

I’m not sold on Barret to deliver against the psu pass rush. The only way OSU wins if we can hold psu to 10-14 points in the first half and we get a couple turnovers from Mcsorley. The only thing that gives me hope is the psu defense hasn’t played a great offense yet, none rated above 80. And the fact that we had a bye week. If not for those 2 reasons I would have zero confidence going into the game.

While the odds are heavily against, if we truly want to have a chance to control our destiny, we need for PSU (and MSU) to lose and lose often.  Therefore, while it hurts me to type this, I am hoping for an OSU victory this weekend.
