Peacock Experience

How was the viewing experience for everyone with Peacock?

I thought Tirico was great as expected

The game coverage was overall good with few missed plays and good replay angles, but the image quality streaming to the TV left a lot to be desired. I would have rather had 4K image quality on a broadcast stream, but so it is with streaming services

I thought it was awful and felt badly for Tirico being a part of it since I generally like him. I tend to run late on noon starts (sue me) and the FF and rewind was obscenely fast and the breaks, when I finally gave in and watched them, were mind numbing. But that's not what pissed me off. I watch games alone for the most part, since I live deep in Pitt and Penn State territory and my spouse doesn't care about sports, and I have quit twitter (it's why I've joined you guys actually, but I was not remotely live for this game, long story). I texted my dad but as an OSU fan why would he pay for Peacock yet? He usually watches all Michigan games but I couldn't get his input either. So for the love of pete where was the analysis and commentary on the officiating? Calls were overturned left and right (in both teams' favor) with no acknowledgement let alone explanation from Simms especially. I still have no idea why McCarthy's forward pass stood. And I would have loved some insight from a former player what went wrong in the shanked XP--instead it was barely acknowledged.

The screen quality was fine for me, I was running it through Roku. Apparently we already subscribe because my kid watches The Voice LOL.

Feeling confident enough in the outcome to enjoy one of the last days of summer outside, I watched the replay in the evening.  Commercial breaks were limited to 60 seconds of commercials and I watched the game in around two and a half hours.  It was great, but only works for these pre-conference exhibition games.  No issues with the Peacock feed for me.

inability on my part to check other games out because if I did the stream would take too long to reload is infuriating. I would have been ok had I not been staying at my parents due to a kitchen remodel with Xfinity not letting me stream networks I pay them for on different WiFi (my dad has no cable/satellite).
