Yes, I've been waiting for this thread.
Watching the spring video games from http://mgoblog.com/category/post-type/denard-robinson I think he will score roughly around that area, probably over. If he starts and progresses like he has been, easily over.
Are pick 6's included?
Denard is going to play safety too?!
when he catches his own pass?
Pat White had 15 total TDs as a redshirt freshman part-time QB (the next year he had 31)
If Denard is the starting QB I will say 13 running and 10 throwing.

ding ding ding ding ding. We have a winner. 18 passing and 14 rushing in 2010 for Denard.
I think Denard will have the outright starters job by the Uconn game, and with that hopefully he scores 20+ TDs this year. Even though Tate will get better this year, Denard just seems to be progressing at a much faster rate.
30 on offense, I have yet to factor in D and special teams
half for one that gets called back due to him scoring too qucikly.
I think you mean 25.5, the half being for the one that gets called back against Ohio State for taunting. However, no one will care since we will be up 42-0.
I love me some Michigan, but I don't foresee any shutouts in the near future. Nice optimism!
I figured there weren't quite enough delusional UM fans on this site. What's one more?
My NCAA Football '11 version of Robinson will score approximately 37. He is destined for the achievement earned for passing, rushing and receiveing a TD in one game.
I haven't been more excited for an NCAA game ever years and it is all because I can't wait to play with Denard.
Robinson is not going to be the starting QB. His ultimate position is corner or RB/Slot.
He will score 8 touchdowns this year.
Denard playing against a terrible second string D with first offense isn't very impressive. I was more impressed by Forcier scoring against the first team D with mostly Freshmen and second stringers on offense.
13 passing
15 rushing
3 receiving (From Tate)
1 for having dreads
1 more just for being awesome
And one to rule them all!
I'll put the o/u at infinity...
...and I'll take the over!
Over the net amount of points this thread nets you.
400, we pretty much win every game this season in triple digits.
I'll take the over please!
... 35 TD's 100 if he ties his shoes
If Denard starts an important conference game and doesn't do very well, you could get clobbered by people jumping off.
Even if Denard Robinson doesn't start over Tate he could still score 12 tds. if he does start i think he could double that. we are going score alot of points! GO MICHIGAN!
Well Forcier had 16 total last year (13 passing, 3 rushing). I expect our offensive production to greatly improve and think Denard will be the starter the majority of the year. Denard could hopefully score 25+ total.
20 running, 1 passing.
Denard starting QB.......funny. Don't count on it.
99 rushing TDS
2 Passing TDS to tate
17...THOUSAND!
I would think 23 as a reasonable number. I also expect him to kick 21 field goals and 67 extra points.
9000!
9000!!!!!!!
The Maximum TDs Dilithium can get is 32.5 based on my perhaps failed attempt at logic and/or MATLAB.
MATLAB
dilithiumgame = 13;
dilithiumplay = 30;
td = 0;
for dilithiumgame = 1:1:13
for dilithiumplay = 1:1:30
td = dilithiumplay * dilithiumgame / 12;
end
end
td = 32.5
My logic is that Denard will play 13 games, 30 plays/game, and score every 12 plays. Looking back at this, a simple multiplication could have been just fine. Whateva!
td = td + dilithiumplay*dilithiumgame/12;
% Otherwise the iterations are senseless
I think it's working correctly now. Submitting to the auto-grader...
I don't want to put an exact number on it but I will say that as long as there is a comma in the number I will be happy. GO BLUE!!!!!!!!!
So you want 1,000+ touchdowns to be happy? That's probably some kind of record.
I'll go with 14 because of Tate seeing time as well.
I'd still love to see Devin redshirt so I hope these 2 can be effective all year long.
I'm going with 23 .. 13 passing and 10 rushing .. only because he will share time with Tate
14 Passing
11 Rushing
2 Receiving
BONUS STATS:
Tate: 18 TDs
13 Passing
5 Rushing
if he starts the whole season, he will be a heisman canident,, with 35+, but if they split time it will be around the same as last yr
Spell check is your friend!
from using two commas in a row
This is a joke, right? Denard had 7 touchdowns last year. If he splits time with Forcier, he will have about 7 this fall, but if he starts the whole season he will have 35+? Not sure I follow that logic.
The Star Trek fan in me smiles at the fact that the mgocommunity believes Denard is made of "pure dilithium."
eleventy one
