Man, not a good day to be a Trojan.

That said, this reeks of unsubstantiated tarring on the way out.  I'm sure Brown feels slighted, but I'd like to know more about this than some cryptic message left by a disgruntled college-aged kid on his way out the door.

Racism is vile and despicable (and that's one of the most obvious things I've ever written.) So it's also obvious that quotes like these are going to get big-time coverage:

Brown, who started six games as a defensive back but recently moved to running back, posted a photo on his Instagram page that read, "COULDN'T PLAY FOR A RACIST MAN!!!!"

In the caption, Brown added that "Sark treated me like a slave in his office."

The problem with these quotes is that while they're eye-catching and inflammatory, they're a little short on evidence. I checked five different websites, and I couldn't find anything more than the above quotes – except for Sarkisian's denial of the charges and his description as being “shocked.”

Mr. Brown, you say Sarkisian is racist? He treated you like a slave in his office? You have just leveled an extremely serious and damning charge against this man, one which would be a permanent stain on his reputation. But it's obvious you feel very strongly about this – after all, it caused you to quit the football team in your senior season. That's a serious response.

So what evidence do you have to support your charge and your actions? What specific thing did he do or say to you to lead you to that conclusion?

By posting what you did on social media, you wanted our attention. You've got it now, Mr. Brown. Please speak up.
